I first got into air frying thanks to the Skinnytaste's One and Done cookbook which includes a number of air frying recipes, but I started by buying an inexpensive small model from JC Penney to experiment (just in case I didn't enjoy the flavor or trouble of this new approach to cooking).I got hooked! The flavor of foods cooked with air frying is remarkably close to traditional oil frying without the extra calories. Unfortunately, the model I bought was far too small and simplistic with only timer and temperature knobs.As a Skinnytaste fan for a very long time, I was ecstatic to see Vremi release an actual Skinnytaste Air Fryer so I could fully take advantage of the Skinnytaste recipes I had as well as the ones that were included in their most recent release - the Skinnytaste Air Fryer Cookbook.The Vremi Skinnytaste Air Fryer is really outstanding and completely worth its reasonable price. The fryer is incredibly easy-to-use with an intuitive interface and combines a huge capacity with a huge amount of versatility from its features.Although not necessary, the digital touch-screen and presets makes it so simple to cook almost anything. What a fantastic piece of cooking technology! If you have any interest in air frying, I highly recommend you skip the smaller-sized entry-level models and pick up one like this Vremi.If you're like me and love fried foods but hate the unhealthy results, I think you'll absolutely love air frying.

I never did buy an instant pot when they became popular, but follow Skinnytaste on Instagram and she talked me into this air fryer! I'm SO glad I tried it. So far I've made chicken thighs, asparagus, meatballs, bacon, french fries and potato skins. All with tons of flavor and so much healthier and faster than usual! I love that it doesn't heat up my kitchen or use as much electricity as an oven. It's very easy to clean and the nonstick is effective. I hope Skinnytaste comes out with a set of accessories! The manual warned that it would have a strong plastic smell the first time you use it. I noticed that it took about 4 times for that smell to go away. I preordered this and it sounds like many have had issues with theirs. Very glad I didn't get a defective one, fingers crossed mine continues to work properly! The one thing I'd change is the default time. Should be 10 minutes, not 15 because everything I've made so far is much faster!

This air fryer is incredible! I bought the recipe book along with the air fryer and we've used it almost everyday since we received it. The air fryer came earlier than expected and is simple to use. The basket is large enough for me to put food for our family of 5 in it which makes for quicker cooking. All of the recipes we have tried in it have been great; some of our favorites include the eggrolls, chicken tenders, and fries. I love skinnytaste and all of her products and appreciate her quick responses to questions, feedback, or posts about making her recipes. This air fryer seems to be a good quality and we love the presets that match up with the cooking times skinnytaste uses in her recipes! It makes it easy to program for everyone-my fiance, my mom, and myself included. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering this air fryer (and the cookbook) if you're looking for a healthier way to eat some delicious tasting food! When I move out, I will definitely be ordering another for myself!

I have some safety concerns about the mechanism that prevents the basket from disconnecting from the outer pot. Twice the basket released from the outer pot even though the button cover was in place properly. Now the button cover has broken rendering it unusable and unsafe. Waiting for a reply from Vremi. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Skinnytaste and waited for this air fryer. It is easy to use and the food turns out great. I was even able to cook a steak! Update: received a quick reply from Vremi and replacement parts are on the way. Received the replacement parts and there is now a definite 'click' when the basket is put in the outer pot. The logo does wash off with repeated cleaning. Does not affect function. I love this appliance!

Within an hour of unwrapping it from the box I was experimenting with every food I had in the kitchen that continued for an entire weekend:Leftover pizza - like fresh, crispy crustZucchini - bye bye wet soggy vegetable, hello perfect squash textureBacon wrapped scallops - yes my kitchen smelt of scallops for days, but this delicious combo was so quick and easy.Salmon - don’t even get me started on how easy this is!Hard boiled eggs - ain’t got time to wait for water to boil!Day old cornbread - cut into cubes for CROUTONS! Life changing!Day old garlic bread - don’t reheat in the microwave... tasted brand new out of the air-fryerWings - omfg!Potatoes - all kinds! Never using the oven again to make fries or roasted potatoes!Grilled Cheese - kids can’t complain!Breakfast wraps - it’s like having one of those Starbucks ovens in your home!I’m hooked and I haven’t even tried desserts yet!

I continue to be amazed at the fast, easy and delicious miracles that come out of this thing! I do low carb and have made yummy crispy chicken tenders, all sorts of wings, hard 'boiled' eggs, zucchini chips, buffalo cauliflower, COOKIES and countless other treasures.I admit that at first I didn't think the funky smell would ever go away, but the vinegar/lime juice steam bath took care of that for good. Clean up is super easy too. Preheat and preset buttons are great too, but you have to flip meat halfway through, so I usually change the time. Huge capacity is great.Now that I have it, I can never live without it!!
