Must Read | Good Product | Unsatisfactory Installation Service
I am happy with the overall look and performance of the product, but I was disappointed with the installation service. The installation process did not feel professional, and the charges were excessive. I was asked to pay ₹3,000 for installation on a chimney that itself costs around ₹10,000. At that point, I feel I could have stretched the budget slightly further and purchased a better model instead. That said, the product itself is quite good for this price range. The design looks modern, and the size fits well in the kitchen. The smoke suction is decent — it manages to pull in smoke effectively even without opening the flap, which is impressive. The light is average, not very bright, but sufficient for regular cooking. The noise level is acceptable, although it is noticeably louder compared to BLDC motor chimneys. You will hear it constantly while it’s running, but you eventually get used to it. Overall, I am satisfied with the product in the ₹10k segment, but the installation cost and service quality were not justified.
