I wasn’t expecting it to have much impact, but I was at my wit’s end. I was very pleasantly surprised that by the fourth day, taking 8 tablets three times daily and continuing low FODMAP and VSL3, my symptoms all abated. Review: Helps my dog - My vet recommended this for my dog who has recurring ear infections, this has helped, it is supposed to keep the ear canals clear. 2 years in, a lot fewer ear issues, I will keep her on them.

Kept us cold free
