Bought years ago but use them all over my house, amazing quality, some have yellowed a little but clean so well and made so well.

Fits my organizing needs but doesn't turn that smoothly or easily. Got the 1 level clear with white lining.

This turntable works perfectly in my kitchen cabinet to hold oils and vinegar, etc. Saves space and the quality is great. Would repurchase.

it is not resistant to oil!I use it for storing bottles of oil, vinegar, etc., in the cabinet near my stove top. It works well - i.e., it rotates smoothly, and I appreciate the 7/8" lip. However, a bit of oil dripped from one of the bottles causing the rubber mat (which is glued to the top surface) to buckle into a wavy mess. I had to remove the mat (and glue) in order to continue to use it.In spite of this defect, I've ordered two more to use for other types of products in my cabinets.Update (2016 August): While all the turntables have lost smoothness, the turntable that I un-rubbered no longer "spins". I attempted to clean and lube the bearings but found that it cannot be done: the top and bottom are riveted together. I then noticed the turntable surface has developed an arc of cracks where it rests on the bearing ring - though this may be a latent effect of my glue removal process. Also, the rubber lip on the rim has fallen off.Furthermore, I've become disenchanted with the generous height of the rims. Others have complained that this hinders reading of labels, which is true, but I'm mostly bothered that it requires lifting items so high to remove them, and this requires more distance to a shelf above. If your space is as tight as mine, this may be important.Dear Madesmart: a 10mm or 7/16" lip would be generous enough, and would allow you to increase the inside diameter of the tray a bit as well. Switching to polymers that are resistant to oil and other kitchen chemicals would be a great idea. A screw, rather than a welded plastic rivet, connecting the tray to its base would allow maintenance.

Just received this yesterday, pulled off the tag and it was ready to go into my cupboard. Really like the deep lip on the top of the turntable. It keeps the items you place on it from falling over too easily. It turns in either direction and makes it easy to get to those often, or not so often used items in your cupboards!! The gray liner inside looks like it will be easy to clean. The Rubbermaid turntable that I replaced with this, only had the same plastic on the base as the rest of the turntable. The old one stained after years of use. This one looks like the stains will not stay on the liner when cleaned.I have all of my oils,balsamic vinegars, etc. on this and it holds more items than it looks like it would at first glance.It looks much more sturdy than the old Rubbermaid turntable that lasted for 14 years. When my husband saw this in the cupboard, he told me to order another one for the other side of the cabinet!!After I own this awhile, I am going to do an update review!June 7, 2011. **Update**Just love these turntables I bought a second one right after the initial first one. Have one on each side of our cupboard. They turn very nicely, are so easy to keep clean. I honestly don't know how I was able to get by without them before! I am able to store a lot of bottles and jars on these. They make is so much easier to find things in our cupboard and help me to stay very organized! You won't be disappointed with this turntable!

I got this to replace my ancient turntable for spices that had finally cracked and wouldn't turn. This is the same size as my old one and is of heavier construction. And therein lies the disadvantage...the rims on both top and bottom get in the way of quickly getting items on and off the shelves. You have to allow room to tip and lift. Things that stand upright on the bottom shelf especially can be difficult to get in there. I was given a Spicy Shelf for Christmas, so have now moved this to help make canned goods more accessible...a job it's better suited for because it is very sturdy, holds the weight and still turns smoothly and freely. It doesn't seem to save room in the cabinet, but it does make things easier to find and reach. I gave it 5 stars because it is very well made, easy to put together, and is doing a good job where it is. It didn't do so well for my spices, but works great for heavier cans. So it's going to depend on what you're using it for. It gets 5 stars for where it currently is in my kitchen, but only 4 stars for spices.

Love the turntables, especially the high edge that prevents my spices from falling off of it as I turn them. My turntables were shipped loose in the box with other items (just 2 of them stacked together with other items). When I wiped them off before placing them in my cabinet, I discovered that the bottom turntable had brown, dirty marks and what looked like nicks on the upper edge as well as some markings on the center part where the spices sit. I wondered if it had been shipped to someone else previously, then returned, and then sent to me (the next customer). I personally wish it had come shrink-wrapped or somehow otherwise protected from such markings and to assure me that it was indeed new. The seller could possibly do a better job of quality control. If I pay for a new item, I expect it to look new. That said, I decided to use both turntables and love how organized my spice/baking cabinet is now.

Good looking but after a bit of use it grinds when I turn it. Not a lot but enough to show it is not as good as I first thought. Unfortunately I was so impressed at how useful a turntable was that I ordered another one. The new one made a grinding noise immediately and when I shook it I could hear a bit of plastic rattling around. I sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement also grinds. That was when I double checked my first one and noticed the grinding. All 3 had or have a loose rattly bit. It’s worth noting that all three arrived without any labelling or packaging apart from the carboard postal packet. Not even a polythen bag.I bought a smaller clear plastic turntable by Interdesign to fit in a 30cm wide cupboard. This also arrived without any packaging but It works much better with no nasty noises.I am considering returning the two Madesmart turntables as not fit for purpose and buying more Interdesign ones instead. They are more expensive but the madesmart grinding noise is getting on my nerves and suggests the turntable is under stress and may not last well.

I have two of these now, bought months apart, as the first one was so good. Absolutely smooth, solid-feeling mechanism, so no flying jars when I'm trying to grab something quickly from the fridge. Easy to clean, stippled surface so things don't slide around. Fits quite a large number of standard sized jars, I use one for sweet stuff, jam etc. and one for mustards, chutneys etc. It makes the fridge very organised! It works on glass or cupboard shelves - no idea how stable it would be on wire shelves, but it doesn't have feet so I'm assuming it would be fine.

Sturdy and well made turntable which has made cooking easier for me. Such a space saver in my fridge, it’s not too big and not too small, it’s just the right size for my fridge. I can now reach my condiments easily with a quick spin as they are neatly organised instead of having to unpack everything to reach the sweet chilli sauce! No more knocking over bottles trying to reach items at the back of the fridge! The white and grey colour would look good on a dinner table too.

This is brilliant. I only received it today so cannot say about long term use but it looks and feels strong enough to last many years. I think it is bigger than the impression given by the picture but still fits perfectly inside my wall kitchen cabinet. It turns very easily without over spinning past where you want. The inside mat is nonslip so the items stay in place when turning. I bought it to store my vitamin supplements which is takes with ease. Works so well I decided to test it with cans of baked beans to test its efficiency and found it worked perfectly. A bonus is that the price is cheaper than some other makes. I am so delighted I have decided to immediately order 3 more!

I bought this for a curved corner kitchen unit. Despite measuring carefully, it does not quite fit (it seems the rubber base has not been factored into the measurements provided). On the plus side, it works perfectly in my standard sized wall units. I am likely to get a few more!
