L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Glow Daily Moisturizer and Natural Skin Tone Enhancer, Medium Skin Tones, 8 fl. Oz

I’m no stranger to self-tanner; I’ve tried ‘em all, every price range from gradual tanners to full-strength tanners. I LOVE this one and I have it on auto-delivery because I use it every week! First, the color is REALLY good - not too golden/yellow and not orange - probably the closest to my “natural” tan that I’ve gotten from a gradual tanner. As a gradual tanner, how nice it is to actually see color after just one application - others I have used took a few applications to even be able to tell the difference, so this is my favorite point. The scent is pretty nice going on, but note that you do get that “tanner” biscuit smell after it’s done processing, which easily washes off in the shower and does not transfer to clothes. It dries quickly, meaning I’m not standing there like a naked starfish for an hour. It contains very fine micro-glitter - which is...fine? I don’t know. Doesn’t bother me, but not necessarily something I would ask for in a tanner. Application is easy because it’s creamy and absorbs nicely. I’ve experimented with applying it from my hands directly as well as with an application mitt, I see no difference and the tanner washes off my hands easily to where I do not have tan palms. I don’t get any streaking, but occasionally it piles up around my ankles if I don’t lay down a layer of lotion there first. No biggie. I also like that once developed, the color doesn’t stain my clothes - I like to wear a lot of white in the summer which makes me hesitant around other tanners I’ve used. It fades gently over a few days, and doesn’t get splotchy as it goes away. All in all, a great addition to my beauty products that is worth the effort because it makes a huge difference. I love to be tan, but this helps me avoid the temptation to lay out because the color payoff most closely resembles what my normal tan would be. For that I give it major kudos for being a skin-saver and a great way for me to avoid sun damage and wrinkles. I apply twice a week and it’s brilliant.

Everyone asks me about my tan because it’s always warm, glowy and even toned. I do not tan in the sun. Ive tried every single self tanner on the market. All. Of. Them. Ive spent a fortune on self-tanners that are mostly disappointing. Ive gone to spray tan booths. Ive been air brushed by a professional tanner. Nothing comes close to the natural color that this product gives you. And it fades slowly and naturally- all the other products look blotchy and terrible as they gradually come off. This does not do that. It is moisturizing and luminous. I have been using this for 10+ years. I put it on by body about an hour or two before bed and over a couple days I have a beautiful natural tan. Trust me, buy this. Nothing on the market today is better than Sublime Glow. ***Note: Sublime “Bronze” is terrible, not the same product- drying and blotchy. You want Sublime “GLOW”. It is lumious.

Why did they discontinue this?! I’ve been using this since it was first released and it is hands down the BEST daily self tanner lotion. The subtle glow, kiss of color, moisturizing formula, lovely scent make it completely unique and unlike any other product in the market. I’ve tried all the other options in the Sublime line as well as countless other brands, and nothing else even comes close to this Sublime Glow daily tanning lotion. I’ve even turned my friends on to this when they asked what I use that smells so good and my skin so soft while looking perfectly sun-kissed. I’m so glad I stocked up this summer, but I have no clue what I’m going to use when I run out. Why, L’Oreal?! Why?!

I'm very fair skinned with pink undertones, burn rather than tan, and have rosacea to boot, so sun bathing is not an option. Had tried another self-tanner a couple years ago but was left with streaks and a fake-looking orange color. I bought this product on the basis of the reviews and am pleased overall. After using three nights in a row (and then skipping the next three nights) I still have a light tan that is very natural looking. Because the color builds slowly, I was able to go back and use more where I'd skimped too much(above the knees) and use less where I looked too dark (below the knees). I didn't mind the sparkles--they're kind of fun and they're gone within a half day. The smell isn't too bothersome--on me, it's a slightly musty smell that I notice but my husband doesn't. I gave it four instead of five stars because I dislike the way my skin feels, both the night I use it and the whole day after--it leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky or tacky and wishing I could shower. (Note for other rosacea-type people: I did not use the product on my face--I used Rosacea Care's tinted Zinc-o for that and the colors match pretty well.)

this is just as other reviewsers say you dont think youre gonna ee any color but i used this two nights in a row i was stark white now i look sunkissed! mostly on my legs is where i put it and now my legs are twice as dark as my arms! my arms always get a little sun but wintr has been so long my legs never got any sun but now it looks as though ive been laying on the beach! and to make it all you can just take your time use any thin regular body lotion first so it wont look splotchy you can get any kind at dollar ttee! wait for skin lotion to completely dry and not feel tacky but not so log as ur dry again! then when you apply i shook my tube up real good cause it seemed runny at first so i recappd it an shook it up when i applied i just slathered it all ovr my legs and kept rubbing gently in circles til my legs were all covred and the product was in my skin real good! dont know how you dress but i dont go bare so i just put on sleep shorts real high up on my legs like bootie shorts walked around forgot about it for about hour really didnt see anything so i went on to bed boy when i woke up it was like the tan fairy visited me! yesss! so i did same procedure lotion and all AFTER a quick shower and after the second day when i woke up it was on!!! i had a beautiful tan not splotchy even though i am a woman of a certain age have varicose veins etc thiss stuff made me look and feel beautidul! sooo its better than jergens cause it does not streak and really didnt affect my knees or ankles thats why use body lotion first! good luck hope you enjoy this as mych as me i plan to put it on auto order thru summer!

ABSOLUTELY !!!! The best self tanner lotion. Goes on even beautiful color result…been using it for years. Sooo DISAPPOINTED .. SHOCKED Loreal discontinued this product ????? I see the other reviews. Other girls feel the same way way. Devastated Been buying other tan lotions …drops etc. Because I’m trying to find a comparable product …so far not that impressed w what s out there LOREAL BRING IT BACK .!!!!!!!!

Personally, I detest the smell and the fact that it has glitter. I tend to use it when I know I'm going to 1. be wearing long pants/sleeves for a day and 2. doing laundry soon. While the smell isn't the worst of them all, I find it to be a very pungent, obviously-she's-using-self-tanning-lotion odor. It tends to linger on clothes and sheets as well, which is inconvenient if you are sensitive to the smell. I could certainly do without the glitter- I think I was 6 years old the last time I wanted glitter all over my skin for the world to see. However, I have bought this product several times for the simple fact that it works well in giving me a natural-looking color, and it's dirt cheap as far as self-tanner goes. If you can afford to try the more expensive self tanning products, like the one's by St. Tropez, I'd recommend those over this lotion for sure. The smell just bothers me way too much to give this product anything above 3 stars.

I just started using this product after asking another mom waiting in the car line at school, how she stayed so tan year round .. I could have sworn she was going to tell me that she goes to a tanning salon ... when she told me about how this product is her secret, I figured I'd give it a try ... I LOVE IT! It does still have a slight "self tanner" scent, that I think is unavoidable with any of these products due to the nature of its contents. The color does build up over 2-3 days time, with repeated daily use, to a great (non-orangey) looking tan. Leaves your skin nice and soft too. I really like the *very, very faint* soft shimmer ... that is really only noticeable in bright daylight. It is not like sparkles or "stripper glitter" at all, and is just a slight shimmer effect. I've noticed that you do need to keep up on it, like any other self tanning product that will start to fade after 1-2 days of missed use, especially with showering, sweating etc ... other than these points I feel that it is a great product, well worth the price point, and a great alternative to the salon.

Me gusto mucho, deja un tono muy bonito en la piel lo único es que tiene un olor chistoso pero no me molesto.
