The Sitges wall mount faucet we purchased for our Powder Room is really beautiful. It is made from a heavy brass and is very substantial. The Matte Black finish is perfect for the Modern Farmhouse we are building. The customer service team has been very helpful as we ran into an issue with a thick deck install. Customer service worked with us to resolve our issue quickly and professionally. Great Experience!

Have you ever turned on a faucet and it was just...satisfying? This faucet does that every time we use it. It's so sturdy and it was so easy to install. The only thing I will warn you is you have to read out some drywall and re plumb some water lines if you don't already have wall-mounted faucets. We did a whole bathroom remodel so it was fine, but just a word to the wise. I will probably buy these faucets again whenever we move to another house because I love them so much. They are just so beautiful!

The black version of this faucet was installed in a renovated guest bathroom. It is a beautiful, great compliment to the room. This bathroom is infrequently used, since it is primarily for guests. The faucet spout itself was rarely even touched. However, after about two years after installation, small distortions in the black paint on the spout were noted. These developed further into corrosion pits. I contacted the manufacturer, providing documentation of the developing problem. The manufacturer graciously agreed to replace the spout free of charge if I paid for shipping; an offer I accepted. I'm pleased to report that the installation is now as beautiful as ever, thanks to exceptional customer service. I'm giving a 5 star review because of this response (and beauty of the product), despite disappointment that the spout needed replacement.

Really wish I could give this a good review. Faucet arrived quickly, is truly beautiful pre install, seemed well made and sturdy, straight-forward to install but has a fatal flaw: the brushed gold finish comes off/turns a permanent blue/grey from contact with water. Obviously a pretty huge problem on an object intended to deliver and constantly in contact with water. This became apparent within just 48 hours of installation. After attempting to gently clean what I initially assumed were just water spots I realized the finish itself was affected. During unboxing and installation I noticed that the back side of the flush plates have this bluish metal colour more exposed where the applied finish clearly stops. It's a concealed part of the hardware so that's not a problem - but having already observed it I soon realized what was happening on the handles and then faucet itself over the days that followed. Really too bad. I ordered from Canada and paid to expedite shipping, so excited to have found this great looking faucet on amazon. Hugely disappointed.

This faucet is built better than any big box store faucet for triple the price. Solid brass throughout and machined to high tolerances. I am extremely impressed in this faucet for the price. The finish is excellent and it even comes with cotton gloves to install it for some reason.

Purchased and installed this product myself. Install is fine with plumbing knowledge. Everything feels sturdy, however the finish is mediocre. Paint started flaking in less than a year with mild use and cleansers, however , customer service is excellent. I messaged seller and had a replacement knob free of charge in a couple of days. Would recommend as the value is clear even if the finish is subpar, the build is solid for the price.

This faucet is sturdy and well made. After a couple of years of use, the valves got a bit hard to turn. I contacted customer service and they were excellent to deal with! They communicated well and sent me a replacement part immediately. I’m so glad because I did not want to change out my faucet, it is the perfect style for my space.

These are high quality and easy to install. The finish is a brush gold and you can remove the valve if you need in the future without having to remove the entire assembly from the wall.
