I have been taking this supplement as prescribed by my doctor for several years. It is very easy to take and I do enjoy the flavor also. It is vey easily dissolved in water and promotes good gut health. I have tried other fiber supplements in the past and always come back to this brand. Overall, a good buy considering the amount of doses in each package. Highly Recommended.

It does what it needs to do. My body needed a little assistance so here I am joining the Metamucil club at 55. I’m alright with it. Just wish the price was a bit lower. I prefer the one with sugar but it’s getting harder to find.

I had tried pure psyllium husk powder but it wouldn't dissolve and tasted unpleasant. This product, on the other hand, dissolves well if you stir vigorously, and tastes really good. Has helped with my constipation. No toxic sweetners! The only thing I would change would be the yellow 6 dye. I would prefer a brown drink than drink this chemical, personally! However, it's still more natural than the sachets sold in the chemist's. Please keep making the "real sugar" version! It's great!
