My husband is making me write this review, so it must’ve been a great product. He said he took out 8 screws, cleaned the back of the switch and replaced the part. He was so happy at how easy it was to replace and fix. The switch now works “flawlessly,” he used that word, that’s a big word for him, so if you’re in doubt, don’t be.

I had previously lost my reader when replacing my battery. Purchased this one as it was the only one that would come in the next day. Worked perfectly fit and was the easiest installation i have ever done. and the reader works great!

Great tools

I might be the unfortunate one who happened to receive one that just so happened to be defective. The plug is pretty much mangled and will not work of course. Buyer beware you might be luckier so I guess just take inconsideration

So the SD part worked great, unfortunately the tools not so good thankfully I had my own set of tools.

Original micro SD slot in my switch randomly stopped working. I tried a bunch of random fixes and nothing worked. Bought this to replace the slot. Very cheap and easy to do. Micro SD slot works fine now

I have since returned this but i thought it would be good to write a review for this SD slot. My issue wasn't the slot but the actual connector for the switch on the mother board aka the FPC connector. Once I got that replaced the Original SD card slot continued to work. It costed me 50 bucks to get that fixed.

Only one of the screw drivers worked and it only unscrewed to screws 🤦🏻‍♀️

Replaced my own reader that was broken after device was dropped. Worked perfectly and the kids are happy with their switch again!

Arrived faulty with broken pins, contacted seller who did not offer replacement and told me to contact amazon instead. Not very helpful!
