Excellent period product
I bought the CROING menstrual cup 4months ago but was reluctant to make the transition from pads to cup due to fear of leakage. However, last month I decided to take a leap of faith with the cup.INSERTION: Having never used a cup before, I must say it was a bit of work getting it in place but after about four attempts following the instructions on the box,I was beginning to get a hang of it. I found the 'punch down' technique to be the most efficient for me.SIZING: The pack contains two large and two small cups with both calibrated at the 7.5ml and 15ml marks. The large cup however does have room for extra 10ml to reach full capacity, while the small has extra space for about 5ml to full capacity. I decided to use the large size because i thought my periods were heavy, but, 6 hours later on day1, the cup was only 7.5ml full.LEAKPROOF: On the first trial, i wore a panty liner for extra protection and did have a little leakage, thus suggesting that the cup was not inserted properly. After few more trials, i had found the most effective way to insert cup to achieve full seal with no leaks.COMFORT: I observed that if the cup is inserted too high up the cervix, it causes massive cramps. Infact, I could only bear the cramps for about 3minutes before taking it out and re-inserting properly, after which, I could barely notice it was in there.REMOVAL: To take the cup out, I found that sitting on the toilet and bearing down slowly while pinching the bottom of the cup makes it easy to break the suction seal, then the cup can be pulled out easily.CLEANING: After emptying cup, it is best to rinse properly with cold water first before using hot water else the cup discolours quickly and also retains smell of blood for longer. From my experience, this brand is of excellent quality, does the job and is fairly easy to use.Using a menstrual cup might seem daunting at first, but, it does get easier and more comfortable on subsequent trials. I'm really pleased with my experience and will continue to use the menstrual cup.

Better than a moon cup
Was not sure about these at first as have always used a mooncup and they were a lot cheaper so a bit skeptical, but.... overall very pleased. Very comfortable, easy to use, takes slightly longer to unfold but think this is because they are a little less rigid than a moon cup. No leakage, easy to clean. Only con so far is that it is slightly trickier to remove due to being less rigid than the moon cup and also as its smooth its slightly harder to pinch to get hold of as there's no ridges at the bottom so have to pinch a little harder which could potentially mean spillage if full I guess. I wore the larger cup on a medium flow day and did not have to change for 4.5 hours. Overall really impressed, may even be better than the moon cup, just hope it lasts as long as the moon cup has but only time will tell. Would give it 9/10

Easy to use, wash and last years
Good quality, there is a trick to using and I still don't get it right every time but using these us very manageable and really the best option as without them it's chaos!

I don't know if I would reccomend
I am totally over the moon to buy this environmentally friendly cups. As per previous reviews the stem is very short and I had to hunt it with thick piece of toilet paper to catch it lolI found the trick to insert it, you just need to moister with running water. And oh my, it hurts when you remove it :( at least mine does, sometimes I have tears (just a tiny bit)And you have to make sure that they are sitting properly otherwise it will leak. It took me few days to find the best position and now leakproof :)Secondly I've seen some videos advising that it help with pain and it doesn't. Same pain as you have it normally.Overall, I am not not sure if i can recommend it. My only positiviness using it it is eco friendly and saves me the money :)

Amazing product 100% recommend
This product is amazing and for half the price on other sites plus you get 4 cups. I was skeptical at first and didn't think they would work because I have heavy periods and I was nervous I would leak through especially at night but I haven't leaked once. This has made having my period so much easier and I definitely won't go back to tampons and towels. It is a little tricky to put in when you first try but once you get the hang of it, it's so easy. I definitely recommend getting them.

Customer service is amazing
First let me start by saying this set is amazing value for money. Second the cups are well made and are lovely. My only concern. Was the stem was too short for me. This made it very hard for me to get the cup out without pain and discomfort. Being a seasoned cup user, I am used to cups coming with a long stem with the ability to trim as required for the I dividual user. This is my only feedback. If this is incorporated into a newer model then for me I would have no problem purchasing from these again. I got in touch with customer service and explained my problems and they resolved my issue by refund without question. For that alone I give 5 stars. It is not often you get a company giving fantastic customer service. I await a newer model with longer stem please let me know when available and will buy without hesitation. This product may be suitable for users with less depth. Just not the stem is very short and therefore not customisable.

Better experience
Way better than the disposable ones in my opinion. Better fit. Better and longer coverage. I love the two different sizes. Inexpensive. Way less anxiety using these. In my opinion less mess after using the restroom if you know what I mean and have tried the disposable ones. I switched from tampons to disposable ones and then after that experience practically ran out go meet the mailman apon delivery of these. I would definitely purchase these again.

High quality and very convenient
I recently tried the Croing Menstrual Cups, and I’m very impressed with this set! It comes with four cups—two small and two large—so you can easily find the right fit for your needs. The cups are made from high-quality, soft silicone that feels comfortable and is easy to insert. I appreciate that they are reusable, making them an eco-friendly alternative to traditional period products. The suction is great, and I didn’t experience any leaks during use. The set also includes a convenient storage pouch, which is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend the Croing Menstrual Cups for anyone looking for a reliable, sustainable option for their menstrual health!

Don't know how to use it. Freaked myself out
Followed all those videos on Youtube, managed to get it in - but was overly successful Over the course of the day, I could hear weird popping noises and by the end of the day, thing has travelled up so far into my body, it was almost Point of No Return. Tried it twice and the second time was worse. It was practically greeting my intestines. Will try to give this away...(There are a few, so I'll give the new ones away)

Wish I found sooner!
These are amazing, fairly easy to put in. Forget they are there. Don’t really need an applicator but an applicator might make it easier at first. Tricky to take out at first but I’ve mastered it now. You just gotta pinch hard on the ribbed line and push a little once you’re on the home stretch lol! It’s saved me allot on buying tampons!
