I have a Jeep and a Toyota Tacoma, and both of those vehicles have circular air vents, which are usually difficult to manage with regular phone holders. They tend to turn and keep your phone unbalanced. This design is perfect for that problem. 100% perfect solution for Mercedes' swiveling round air vents because of the small arms that come out on each side and stabilize everything against the frame of the vent! It stops the phone holder and phone from swaying left to right when you make turns. I tried a few others and was getting frustrated because nothing worked. This is completely sturdy and easy to use, at a great price!

Fit well on the round vents. I wish it gripped the phone a bit tighter though.

I ordered this prior to our Hawaiian vacation. I knew we were renting a ford mustang, so specifically ordered this with the round vents in mind. Thankfully the car had the round vents and we were off and running, top down (when it wasn't raining or too hot) and it worked great the entire week. Sadly now that I'm home my current car doesn't have the round vents and while I tried to use it on the rectangular vents (which worked for a bit) it busted a fin off inside the vent. I'm still looking for a product similar to this for my car and haven't found it again. If I had a car with the round vents, this would be what I'd use over anything else.

Finally found a good phone mount for the circular vent on my Mercedes C class. It clips on automatically, which is really convenient. One minor issue is that it may change the orientation of the vent when you take a sharp turn, and you'll have to adjust it back manually (or take another sharp turn in the opposite direction :)

I’ve had this item twice now, both time the same wear occurs. Not sure why such a simple little wear isn’t prevented as it’s just the soft adhesive that come off after just a month or so of use, but if they fix this this item works really well as a phone stand for a Mercedes.

I was originally looking at another holder but read lots of reviews about it breaking so I went with this one. Well..... I never got to use this because it broke as I was installing it. I pressed the spring clips together to insert into the vent but didn’t get a good install. Therefore as I was pulling it back out it the spring clips exploded sending pieces everywhere. I couldn’t find one of the two springs that shot out. So back it goes. I will order something else.

this thing functions real well, clever design. I own 3, but the reason I own 3 is because if you use it in cold weather, and use the heater and cant block the heat from the port that its attached in, then the heat corrodes the rubber on the clamps, eventually making it brittle and it breaks off the clamps, and then it cant hold anymore in the vent. I fixxed it with tennis grip wrap, but the manufacture needs to invest in. a rubber that won't get brittle under heat cycles from the aircon.

I've been looking for a cell phone holder for the Tacoma for a very long time that was actually cost-effective well this is it don't hesitate for the price compared to the ones they sell for the Tacoma it's ridiculous buy it now you won't regret it

Very wiggly and does not Stay on the vent. Clip on side does not secure your phone.
