SE Ergonomic Dual-Face Chasing Hammer for Metalworking and Jewelry Making - 8325CH

This is a nice little hammer for my Straight Razor refurbishing hobby. I bought it specifically to brad the pins on my straight razors when I replace the razor's scales. I have found that it is also perfect for working on my guns too. The small pins that you must drive in for trigger guards can be a pain if you don't have the right hammer and this one is perfect for that. I know that I will find many uses for it besides these though. The handle is great and just fits your hand giving great control for striking delicate parts. It is just the right weight for driving small pins and also for bradding. I don't know how I got by without it for so long!

This is a well made chasing hammer and has a nice balance. I bought three of them and the quality is consistent. It doesn't have the same bounce like you get from the higher quality wood used in Fretz hammers but these are definitely worth having as a beat around hammer or starter chasing hammer.

Nice little hammer but the curve it should have on the head is miniscule... Needs more curve/dome

I bought this little hammer as a light weight tool to work on some copper projects. I didn't need a full size industrial hammer, but rather something that would flatten small pieces of copper and not leave scuffs, scratches, and other marks. This little guy goes a pretty good job. The head is not quite as heavy as I'd like though. It's almost, but not quite, a toy hammer. But if you only need to whack some small, highly malleable pieces of metal for home-based craft projects, it does the job. I'm not sure about long-term durability, but I wouldn't expect to go Full Thor on an army of gargoyles and have this thing come out in one piece. It's not that kind of tool.Overall, if you limit what you use it for to small, light-weight projects, it's a nice hammer.

New to silver smithing so looking for entry level tools and bang for the buck. I’ve used this hammer a few times and think it’s a great value. Yes, the handle was just slightly skewed but the business end is well polished and feels right when using it.

I got this when I decided to try my hand at wire wrapping and whatnot. It does the job perfectly for a really low price which is great for if you aren't sure you're even gonna enjoy the craft. I've been using it for a month and it's still good as new.
