This little machine is brill it’s made my jumpers like new again it as done the job that it should do and taken the little bobbles off without any damage to the jumpers

Comes without a UK plug.
I don't know if this product works, because I have not used it yet, but the key issue is that it does not come with a UK plug, and this was not made clear in the product description. Maybe it's wonderful, but buyers beware...you'll have to buy an adaptor plug.
