I don’t like it and it’s super expensive. Never had a more uncomfortable heat source, it’s a hard surface on both sides, very slow to heat, uneven heat throughout the device. I wish I was able to return it, it’s done nothing for me.

I already on a bigger version and ordered this especially because of the size. I have arthritis so bad I can’t hardly walk. I put these on and relax on the couch. I don’t know how it works but it does. I’ve ordered a lot of items that said they’d help this is the ONLY one that works!

I really like this pad it feels good on my sore elbow.....I have tennis elbow and this pad does help with the pain.

This thing is overpriced garbage ! Do not buy !!!
