Very good replacement for almond and other nut milks from the grocery store
I like that I can make a good tasting, good looking milk in my blender at home without having to go to the grocery store. I was worried it would be kind of see through, but that is not the case.It took awhile to get the hang of it. Here is the recipe that pleases me: Just short of 4 cups of water 3 tablespoons of Modest Mylk 1/2 teaspoon of Stevia A good size "glug" of vanilla blend Blend for a minute and pour into a 1 qt milk bottleThe cashew nut base is fine. The macadamia is a bit chunky and looks more watery, so I put in 2 tablespoons of the cashew and 1 of the macadamia. I'm trying the almond nut base next. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not froth up for a hot cappuccino as well as the Almond Breeze brand. It froths up fine cold for an ice latte.

It can work
During the quarantine, it was nearly impossible for me to get dairy-free milk. I always drink cashew milk. I was able to get terrapaks of dairy-free milk, but they take up a lot of space. I don't know if it's possible to improve this milk or not. I have a KitchenAid blender, so blending wasn't a problem. But it does separate, and it's not as thick as Silk cashew milk. But it is doable, shelf-stable, and it does make my protein shakes ok. I definitely recommend it to have in storage.

This product does not taste like the cashew milk you buy in the store. Not even close.
I tried this product because my room ate and I love cashew milk & buy 6-8 .5 gal. Per week. It takes up a lot of space in the fridge & sometimes hard to find at the grocery store. Couldn’t wait to try it when I got it. I measured my filtered water for 1 tbl spoon of product and added another tbl spoon of product per the instructions on label for extra creamy. Placed it in my blender to mix it up well. Opened the lid and poured it in a bottle place in the fridge to chill overnight. It was not a creamy mixture. It was thin and watery; and there was unmixed product in the bottom of the blender in less than a minute. I poured it back in the blender and let it blend until the here was a froth 2” thick on top. Poured it back in the bottle and same results. In hopes the the chilling would thicken it up, put it in the fridge overnight. Next morning had a bowl of cereal, shook the bottle for 30 sex, poured it and I saw specks of the powder on cereal flakes and not any thicker. I took a bite of cereal with a little of the milk. I had to spit it out. It tasted like I was eating my cereal with regular water. I would not recommend. I tried adding more mix to it, but it just won’t mix well at all. I thought using hot water would help, but that didn’t work either. I’ve been buying Silk Cashew Milk for years and love it. Creamy with a slight hint of cashew flavor. This doesn’t even come close.

meh
Can't get past the strong coconut taste. I like coconut milk but not when it should be cashew. Quite disappointed.

Not the best texture ...
This blends beautifully, the thickness is great, and the flavor is fine but the texture is mildly powdery which I am guessing it is due to the arrowroot starch in it but it wasn't a go for my preschooler he is texture sensitive and this just isn't smooth enough for him. I would say yes in smoothies but no as just plain milk for picky eaters.

Blend it longer, double the concentrate and chill it overnight.
This came inna timely manor and I was excited to make some and drink it. I used my hand blender but it didnt blend it up that well. So I used my shark. It did a bit better. The flavor was ok, watery, so I doubled the amount of the paste. Much better as far as creaminess but still kind of flavorless. I put it in a glass jar, chilled it overnight and it was much better, much creamier and the coconut flavor came forward, a lot. I like coconut milk, so that was ok. It is a good product and I might buy it again. I’ll see if I drink much of it. 😊 It is a good value for the money.

Thin. Keep in cupboard for easy blending
I REALLY want to like this low waste product. So far I have tried the cashew and coconut. The cashew tastes funky and the coconut has solid chunks of coconut oil floating around in it in cold drinks. Both are very thin even when doubling the suggested amounts. The product is shelf stable and I recommend keeping it in a cupboard for easier blending, I was able to blend it with a blender ball. I want to try the other flavors but I'm worried I won't like them either 😔

Tasty Plant based milk ready to be mixed
I can't say great things about this milk. It is more economical and sustainable than pre-packaged cartons of milk - all you do is mix with water in a mixer when you need the milk. I use it for my daily protein shake and love both cashew and macadamia nuts - find that they are creamer than almond milk.
