The faucet looks great and works as expected. It has a smooth operation and the installation was easy and quick. I had a plumber do it since I couldn't reach that far under the sink, but most people can probably do it themselves. Took all of five minutes. It replaced a twenty-year old cheaper faucet that had begun to leak. This ESOW water filter faucet should easily do as well.

My first reaction was WOW! This is a nice quality water filter faucet. The finish is absolutely spot on & for comparison I weighed the previous one I have & the ESOW faucet. The ESOW weighs 2X as the other one & is MUCH nicer. The goose neck arching out of the valve body has a firm fit & the valve handle is firm & smooth. The trim disks are also nice quality & look great. Mounting the ESOW faucet is a breeze & the supplied fittings also feel substantial. Sure it cost a little more but the quality valve assembly & attractive fixture are worth the little extra. To top it off I ordered it on Saturday evening late & it arrived this Monday, a day ahead of what was notified. I definitely recommend this faucet. It appears to be exactly as advertised.

Nice faucet, easy install. I have a couple of them. Decent quality for the price...But as others have mentioned it might eventually start to leak. Mine lasted 3 1/2 years of moderate use. How to fix: The problem seems to trace back to a small plastic washer. As previous reviewer NewJerseyDan mentioned (thanks!) you can buy a replacement cartridge, but for mine it wasn't a drop in replacement since the threads were different. However I was able to take all the 'guts' out of the new cartridge (C1-H43mm) and install them in the old (stainless steel) housing and that worked. Good fix for only $12 and not complicated if you are reasonably handy. The pic is of the finished cartridge along with the leftover parts. I assume the brass parts will last longer than the original SS which had started developing some rust.

***6 Month Update*** This faucet still looks and performs as great as it did when I installed it. But one small issue did come up. The valve handle started loosening up repeatedly. It seems like the threads are worn. Small, but annoying issue. I could probably fix it with some Loctite, but decided that I should not have to do that. I notified the seller, ESOW, about the issue, on a Saturday morning, and they responded within 8 hours, and, no questions asked, are sending me a new unit. Other companies need to follow this example for EXCELLENT customer service! Based on this, I upgraded my rating to FIVE STARS. ***Original Review*** Very sharp looking brushed Nickel filtered water faucet. Very solid looking, Also very tall. Nice handle movement. Was easy to install. Be careful on your hole size though. The mounting base is not very big. (1.57" per the print supplied with the faucet) Their specs on Amazon say "Cut the Hole Size: 1"-1.6"., and standard sinks have a 1.375" hole. If you were to cut a 1.6" hole, this would drop through! Even with a standard sink hole, there is only .195" to play with, which means about 1/10th of an inch on each side. In my opinion this is a very small margin. In my case, I was mounting on a new SS sink, and had drilled a 1" hole based on the spec on Amazon, which worked fine. The faucet was nicely packaged, in a protective cloth bag, with a pretty informative instruction sheet. Unfortunately mine came with a broken push connection fitting for hooking up to the water line. I'm going to venture that this was NOT the Seller's fault, and that the fitting got broken during shipment, when the box was "very gently" (lol) thrown into a truck! This was not a big issue for me, because I happened to have the correct size fitting to connect to my 3/8" O.D. Poly line using a compression fitting, which I really prefer. This does bring out one important tip though... as stated in their Product Description, the supplied fitting is made to connect to 1/4' poly tubing. My filter, and most I've worked with, use 3/8" poly tubing. Unless you use 1/4" Poly, you will need to buy some adapters and 1/4" tubing, OR, do as I did and use a proper pipe fitting/adapter for 3/8" compression fitting. I ordered the ESOW kitchen water filter faucet to install with my new Whirlpool RO water filter. The Whirlpool systems come with an inferior chrome coated plastic faucet that tends to twist loose every time you turn it on/off. I decided to try the ESOW faucet and was pleasantly surprised in the quality. It's modern looking and has a nice brushed nickel surface and looks and feels like quality. I can't speak for the insides or for how long it will last, but turning it on/off has a very smooth action. As a bonus, the installation was SUPER easy. The Whirlpool faucet comes with toggle bolts which area are pain to use. The ESOW faucet came with two sizes of plates to cover the hole in your countertop. I would have used the smallest one, but the hole in my countertop was too big. The larger plate worked perfectly and adapts nicely to the faucet due to the nice machining. The large washer and nut that go under the counter were easy to install and tighten and thanks to the included assortment of adapters, I was able to attach the hose from the Whirlpool filter system by pushing the adapter on the faucet and then pushing the hose into the adapter. Took all of a couple of minutes. So far the new faucet and system are working perfectly.

This order was a direct replacement of the exact same faucet I installed 7 years ago which developed a leak. I tried to change the cartridge but was unable to stop the leak. It worked great and looks fantastic which is why I decided to just replace it with the same one. Unfortunately the quality control must have gone downhill in the last 7 years because the brand new one leaks as well. I tried to unscrew the handle and remove the decorative cover to see if the cartridge was fully seated. The handle would not unscrew so I used a rag and pliers and was eventually able to remove it which is when I discovered that the threads are completely corroded on a brand new faucet! They also changed the way the cover is secured. Before there was a tiny set screw under the handle which you unscrewed and pulled it off. Now the handle itself secures the cover which if fine except all the corrosion has made it impossible to remove. Again....on a brand new faucet...! At this point I gave up and used a pick to clean the corrosion out of the threads and put anti seize on the handle and screwed it back in. Now my back hurts from contorting myself under the sink to install it so I'm gonna leave it till my wife complains about the leak then I guess I will pick a new brand to try......I hate plumbing!

Can certainly tell the difference between this new one and the old one, quality of the tap and accessories are fantastic, extremely easy to fit, very good flow rate.

Der golden satin-matte Wasserhahn für Kaltwasser hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht, habe von einem Nicht-Markenhersteller deutlich schlechtere Qualität erwartet. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig und das matte Gold verleiht ihm eine elegante und moderne Note. Ich habe ihn speziell für mein Gäste-WC gekauft und er sieht dort einfach umwerfend aus! Das edle Edelstahl-Material fühlt sich robust an und gibt mir das Gefühl, dass der Wasserhahn lange halten wird. Die Montage war relativ einfach und das mitgelieferte Zubehör hat gut gepasst. Ich muss sagen, dass der Hahn in Kombination mit der passenden Einrichtung und Accessoires ein echter Blickfang ist und meine Gäste haben schon mehrmals positive Kommentare dazu abgegeben. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass es sich um einen Wasserhahn für Kaltwasser handelt. Für die Küche wäre er vielleicht nicht die beste Wahl, maximal als Wasserhahn für einen Tee-/Kaffeeschrank. Die Beschreibung hier bei Amazon ist leider sehr dürftig, aber ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und kann den gold matten Wasserhahn von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Quality is outstanding

I purchased one of these and it was excellent. Worked flawlessly and had great and controllable flow. Developed a tiny leak and they immediately replaced the unit after I reached out. Simply awesome in these days of companies talking about customer service and refusing claims a day after your warranty expires. Highly recommend this company and their products.
