Easy to Use and Works Great, Just a Strong Smell
These Greenies pill pockets are really effective and a great value for the money. They’re soft, easy to work with, and make giving medication super simple. I just tuck the pill inside, pinch it closed, and my cat eats it without even noticing. The quality is great, and my cat definitely prefers these over any other method I’ve tried, which makes things so much easier. The only downside is the smell. It’s a bit unpleasant in my opinion, and it tends to linger on your hands after using them. It doesn’t bother my cat at all, but I do make sure to wash my hands right after, especially if I’m heading out the door. Overall, they work really well and make giving meds stress-free, just something to be aware of with the scent.

Awesome Product
These are fantastic for giving pills to cats who don't tolerate having them stuck down their throats by well meaning cat parents. If the pill is too large you can cut it in half and give kitty two treats. Be careful when closing up the pill pocket because if you have residue from a bitter pill on your fingers when press the pocket closed your cat will immediately taste the bitter and spit it out. It's best to put the pill in the pocket, wash your hands or put gloves on and then press the pocket closed. I found that pressing the treat into the form of a cube made it easier for my cat to eat. Why? I don't know but she just seemed to prefer it that way. It also kept it from rolling away if she did spit it out. If kitty is a smart kitty or the pill is especially bitter, they may realize they've been duped and spit it out. If you wait awhile you can try again and often it will work. Sometimes using a fresh pill pocket helps. If you have a cat who has to take meds daily they may catch on to your ruse and refuse to eat them which is why it's good to have two different flavors on hand. Sometimes they will eat the one they aren't used to getting and associate with medicine. It requires some trial and error. If your cat requires medication each day there's a chance they will catch on and eventually refuse to eat these but I would say that they are 99% successful for temporary use and 85% successful for long term use. I have received some that weren't treated well during shipping and were partially squished when they arrived. It's very annoying but know that it doesn't really affect the product because you can still form it around the pill very easily.

Very cool product
Not every cat is going to like these, but if they work for you they're amazing. Liver function pill in this for my cat gets gobbled down like nothing, it's incredibly helpful to be able to pill her with no stress.

Helpful for Most Cats, Depends on Preference
I have three cats, each with very different preferences. One wouldn’t eat these at all, another would eat them every time without hesitation, and the third is extremely picky and usually won’t touch any treats. I was still able to get that third cat to eat one portion, which was half the pill, but after that she avoided them. When they work, they do exactly what they’re supposed to and make giving medication much easier. The texture and size are easy to work with, and they hold pills well. Very soft, moldable and stay together. Definitely do the job of hiding the pill easily. Overall, these pill pockets are effective for many cats, but success really depends on your cat’s individual taste and willingness to try treats.

GREAT PILL POCKETS
My cat LOVED these. It made it soo easy for me to feed her pills to her. Huge fan! Some of the pill pockets did get squished and misformed but overall they are soft and chewable, and my cat didn’t have any digestive issues with these.

It was ok, but wasn’t for my senior cat
It worked. My cat swallowed it. Nothing wrong with the product. Just it wasn’t for my cat, who is a senior and has sensitive stomach and gum. After taking it, he had bloody diarrhea for a day. Also, he seemed to have sore mouth the next day he ate it. Maybe it stick to his gum or teeth and ended up becoming ulcers or tartar or some kind of inflammation. He had hard time eating and drinking water for a day. We took him to a vet. Got a steroid and pain killer. Now he is getting better. Even the vet sells this product, so again nothing wrong with it. Just be careful if you have senior cats. To give him medication, we started to use Churu Bite instead. It worked. He didn’t do diarrhea. I guess it depends on the cat.

The pill pockets make taking pills not just possible but enjoyable too for cats
These pill pockets are a marvel. A few months ago my old cat which was already being treated for arthritis, diabetes and early renal failure, was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was told I needed to give her pills. I was not prepared to force feed her pills. Over the next weeks I looked into ways of medicating cats but none were acceptable to me. I then found pill pockets. I tried her with the pill pocket with no pill inside and she would eat it. The next time I saw the vet I said I would be prepared to give her the pills in the pill pockets. Sadly it was found that she was blind. She has been taking the medication since then and miraculously she has recovered some sight. I sent an email to the vet practice, not complaining but commenting on my experiences. As a result I received an apology and the clinical director is instructing all the vets to inform cat owners about the pill pockets.

Ça fait le job
C'est bien pratique et fonctionne bien. Le plus gros soucis reste du côté du caractère et de l'envie du chat.

Work well for fussy cat
My cat is so difficult to give medication to, but these have been an absolute game changer. Simple and effective. Sometimes they are a bit squashed by the time they arrive but they just mould around the tablet, and my cat loves the taste!

The best thing I've bought for my cat!
This is the best thingnive ever bought for my cat. Ginger is a finicky eater and extremely sensitive to meds. I've always struggled to give Ginger her meds, but this Greenies Pill pockets have been a God send. The pill pockets are soft and mouldable so it is very easy to hide a tablet in it. If the tablet is too big, I wither break it into 2 or I use 2 of these pill pockets. They are soft and so very easy to mesh 2 together and then stuff the tablet in it. Ginger gobbles it down in flash! Wish I had discovered this much earlier!
