Genuine Seiko
I was a bit concerned that this may not be a genuine Seiko product. I need not have worried its was genuine Seiko and fitted exactly - very pleased.I have had a number of Seiko watches over the years fitted with a "plastic" band. They have all broken (some without warning) what I consider prematurely and this seems a weakness in what is an excellent brand of general purpose watch.

Seiko "Honda Racing" Sportura watch band
This was a replacement for my old leather Seiko Sportura Band. These bands are becoming difficult to find. After much research, I ordered this band. Although pricy $57.00, it installed and fit perfectly. A huge upgrade from the leather one that wore out. It is very good quality. I'm totally pleased with it.

Identical to original but they do wear out!
This is identical to the original but I wear my watch everyday and I do find the straps only last 2-3 years (including the original). On my 4th one!

There is nothing I like about this band
There is nothing I like about this band. It is very stiff, it cuts into the wrist, the buckle rides on my wrist bone, not center of wrist.The band is thicker than the original. The red trim on band doesn't match the red in the watch. If I hadn't spent so much time in trying to find a band, I'd send this band back.I'll keep searching.
