A very good value for the quality. The 18 gauge copper wiring was easy work with and the cloth gives it that vintage look and feel. It was also nice to have plenty of length as sometimes there isn't an outlet nearby.

I have purchased this numerous times to rewire the old lights in my historic home. Even fooled people who thought they needed to be rewired still. Easy to work with and great look.

Used for an antique chandelier rewire. Worked well, though it was hard to feed through tight places and frayed easily. Looks good once I could get it through. Had to cut off at least 8 inches of frayed line but there was plenty on role.

I bought this to re-wire an old lamp whose wire was cracking. It arrived quickly, and I was impressed at how nice it looked - just like it does in the pictures. It is gold and shiny, and works perfectly with the lamp. I used only half of the length, which gave me plenty of length between the lamp and the plug. I wish I could find a thicker gauge of this kind of twisted wire to use on old electric fans. It's very handsome stuff.

Really works well, I rewired two century old lamps to modern standards. I would buy this wire again.
