I never have written a review but the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chillies were so enjoyable, I am called to share! The tomatoes are so fresh and juicy! The chillies add just the perfect amount of kick. I will be buying this product for years to come. It has been a pleasant surprise purchase and so very versatile. Love, love, this product!!

This stuff is so versatile. I use it for many stews, including ropa vieja, and crawfish etouffe. You can mix it with melted velveeta for a quick and tasty queso.

Versatile for Recipes
Rotel is delicious! I mix it with black beans or chickpeas and heat for lunch. I am on WW and this is zero points!I mix a couple of cans with ground turkey, onions, peppers, beans, corn, garlic, and seasonings to make turkey chili. Serve with rice or tortilla shells. It’s on my weekly rotation of healthy dinners.

Improper packaging.
Just unboxed this order and found that all 6 cans of tomatoes were severely dented. It appeared to be a packaging problem versus a handling problem. No cans seemed to be punctured but, maybe a revue of packaging might be in order. Perfectly happy with the quality of the spicy tomatoes. Goes well in chili or enchiladas among other dishes.
