Its just plain plastic.
It's just a flat plain plastic sheet with no adhesive although the seller said it was in one of the questions (I think google translate may have cheated him there). You're better off looking for other better quality wrapping sheets for books.

It's thinner than expected but does the job.
The rating is 10M (10 microns, I presume). The advantage is that it's lighter and fits well, less likely to crack on the folds. The disadvantage is that it's a little hard to use.
