I use these for Migraines and they work great as not too cold against skin but cold enough to stay off my migraines. They also take a long time to lose their cold. I will say that I did buy 2 of these for my adult daughter that had her 4 wisdom teeth removed all at once. She said that they were great and the softness was easy to sleep or rest. Another note that people may not think about. I live in the hot summer south. In our worse heat, we had a beekeeper come out in suit (protection suit) to take transport some bees that tried to make a home where it was coolest (under our window behind some siding). The west sun was cooking the beekeeper so I used two of these and said: "Put them in your suit". The beekeepers face was flushed red prior to those and then went back to normal color as soon as those were added to the bee suit. So, if you are a beekeeper in the south, you just might consider one of these. By the way, that day, the west sun was beating down and it was 108 degrees Fahrenheit and NO breeze. Now, I know what you beekeepers are thinking because I was worried about the heat influencing the attitude of the bees. I am here to say, I had the most docile colony EVER! Matter of fact, my beekeeper friend was "Can I, please, have these bees?" Those sweet bees have a nice outdoor hive that will thrive now. So, this product can help with cooling your body temp. We have never tried heated....if we want heat, we stand outside any time of the year. HAHAHA.

This is an absolute must have for anyone in the market. I bought this (and two others) for my wisdom tooth extraction and this one was the best of all three. I used it cold and warm and both were very comfortable. It holds temperature very well and the fabric is so soft! The velcro held it in place perfect, too. Highly recommended from me!

The head wrap was perfect way to apply ice to jaw area during daughters wisdom tooth recovery. Gel beads are more comfortable but also lose temp faster than some other ice packs. Certainly keeps temp for more than 30 minutes which was recommended time to apply ice per recovery instructions. Consider ordering more than one head wrap to allow one to refreeze while other is in use.

Very durable after my extractions. Strong Velcro hold. Easy to use. Used for a week and held ice for hours.

It work great, it was sure worth the money. It help my daughter with my pain and swelling, and she feels great. It was the perfect size on her face.

I got this a day before my wisdom teeth removal and it came in time for the next day. I put it in the freezer for awhile and it didn’t stay cold for more than an hour. The ice pack I used lasted longer than this. The velcro isn’t that comfortable and kept getting stuck in my hair.

I LOVE this wrap. I needed to apply heat to my jaw and this was perfect. The price was right, it heats up and stays hot long enough for therapy and it stays in place.

Suffer from dislocated jaw this is a must have for any jaw condition! Wonderful

I bought it because I took out my wisdom teeth, the truth is that I was surprised, easy to put on and fulfills its function. Excellent! I recommend it.
