Great for Pilates
Needed a more comfortable, thicker mat for doing rehab Pilates. I have used this for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend especially for Pilates/physio exercises.

Stretches during use.
Hated it. Used once and injured myself. The ridges run widthways and when I stood with my feet one in front of the other, the ridges moved apart from each other ie it stretched. It caused my to over stretch my stiff muscles and hurt myself.

Puedo decir que, después de 1 mes de uso, es funcional y cómodo.
Tenía miedo de que la calidad del producto fuera mala, pues había visto comentarios de compradores respecto a esto. Sin embargo, si bien no parece ser lo mejor de lo mejor, sí que es un buen producto con respecto a su precio (compré el color más barato). Así que, por mi parte le doy 10/10.Espero que duré bastante.
