Does Not Motivate
These do nothing to inspire ending procrastination. The writing is long and drawn out and pointless. When I purchased index cards to help my procrastination, I was hoping for short, powerful, reasons why, motivating, scientific words. These do nothing. The MD after the name (the writer is apparently a doctor) means nothing. Just because you are a doctor does not make you a writer, or a motivator. I went to Walmart for index cards and decided to make my own motivational cards. Perhaps I will sell them on Amazon. Don't waste your money on this.

Got Me Through Writing My First Book! Don't Wait Until You Feel Motivated!
I'm a big fan of Dr. Fiore's The Now Habit, and I used these cards to get through my book. After working for an hour, I would take a break, and I kept these cards right next to my break area.I could peruse them as I rested, and they always helped me get back to work.--Don't Wait Until You Feel Motivated!-- was an especially powerful one for me.200 focused-work-hours later, and I am very proud to say that I am now the published author of my first SAT book (linked below), a project that's been in my head for years. I'm also proud to say that I'm already 60%+ through my next big project.Thank you Dr. Fiore! They're great!
This deck of cards provide a great way to quickly be reminded of the strategies and points covered in the book. They help fortify my resolve against procrastination a little bit every day.

A great refresher and reminder of The Now Habit program
As soon as I learned about these cards, I ordered a set. It's been a little while since I read the book, and I'm sure I could use a refresher. These cards do a great job of reminding me of the full sweep of The Now Habit -- not just "when can I start for 15-30 minutes" but also the more important discussions about self-worth, self-talk, and safety.Just a few minutes of reading through the cards brought the whole thing back to mind. Each card presents a concept from the book and gives you something to think about. Carry a different card with you each day or post cards where you can see them as reminders of the Now Habit methods and concepts. It's a great way to keep The Now Habit in your mind on a daily basis -- something that can help us all keep on track.
