Insider Trading Law and Policy (Concepts and Insights) 1st Edition

This is a good primer/ survey of the major developments in Insider Trading Law and Policy. It is not a comprehensive supplement (i.e. do not let this be your only study guide for the exam) but it does offer a good overview of the practice area and is helpful if you need some refreshing on a particular area of study.Note: there have been a lot of recent developments. Most notably, SCOTUS accepted certiorari on the Salman case regarding the benefits standard. Consequently, the "currentness" of the book may dwindle in the near future. It might be worth holding off your purchase until the next edition comes out.
