Total body relief
So far so good. This set has everything you need to relieve sore muscle tension from all parts of your body. I especially like the ball that I rubbed on the bottom of my foot to relieve plantar fasciitis. Works better than a frozen water bottle. I like that it comes in a carry-on bag to contain everything so you don’t lose any pieces.

Foam roller breaks easily
Within one week of use the foam roller broke. Cheap, fragile PVC pipe is all it is. Would not recommend this set to anybody.

Foam roller broke
Yeah so I owned the foam roller for a whole 24 hours and it decided to crack on the inside and cave in on itself. Besides that, it did a good job at pain relief and everything else in the 5 in 1 set is great.

Useful. Great value for money.
It took me a minute to figure out how to use my band correctly but the hand roller hits some nice pressure points in my thighs and calves. I also used the spiky ball and got rid of some calcium buildup in my foot so...I’m a fan

Highly Effective set
I would highly recommend this to anyone active who struggles with muscle or joint pains. It has done wonders for my wrists and back already in the first month of having it.

Foam Rollers
This is a nice set foam rollers. These work great for sore muscles after a run or workout and help speed recovery time. I like that there is a nice variety, such as the balls for your feet, the larger foam roller for your quads, hamstrings, etc. and a handheld roller for your calves and shins. And they all came in a nice little bag so when I'm done I can keep everything together and organized.
