This yarn has a good thickness for warm blankets and is easy to use. I haven't had a problem with tangling or splitting at all. The softness is okay but will be better after I wash and dry.

Lovely as always! This is a bone color yarn that isn't yellow toned but a true bone off white. I love the texture I get with this yarn over the Super Saver that doesn't even have this color available. The fabric I crochet with this yarn comes out looking more professional and smooth than Super Saver yarn. It really looks like wool / cotton blend but it's neither. It washes and tumble dries well and makes a very warm blanket if you are doing a closed stitch or knitting for a solid material used in warm blankets. For open work like lace stitches (shells & chains) this yarn holds the pattern shape better than Super Saver. There is less stretch and slip. It still glides well on the hook and gives a wonderful even tension. I've tried it will all types of crochet hooks... including bamboo and wood... it does very well. I find very few slubs or tie offs in this yarn. I only have found one tie off yet in a skein and I've probably used about 30 skeins of this brand now. Over all it's a better quality more expensive looking yarn than Super Saver for about the same price if you shop the sales. If you are substituting it for Super Saver take into account that this is an every so slightly thicker yarn with more heft. It is still worsted weight and in almost all cases can be a perfect substitute for Super Saver, but keep in mind its slight difference. This yarn will be a bit more firm with less drape than Super Saver. I have a summer top pattern that called for Super Saver and I tried this but it had too much body and poofed out from the bodice down like a marshmallow. The Super Saver top had the proper drape in the baby doll style top so the bodice looked gathered but not puffy. It's a very slight difference but could be a game changer for some patterns.

Nice heavy yarn

It was 2 16oz skeins of off-white worsted weight yarn. Perfect. Came earlier than expected which is always good. Also it has been very easy to find the pull from the center of the skein and that makes me very happy.😊

This yarn is pretty good. I love the color; however, it is much thicker than I expected. Overall good!

I love this yarn - I find it the very best for crocheting toy animals of which I make plenty - just want to mention that it is a bit misleading to state it comes in pack of two - I realise the answer looking at the description of the product that that there is twice as much weight in grams! ! Making two balls in one! ! But when I first ordered this yarn I too like a few 'Reviewers' thought I would get 'two One Pound balls' and therefore a 'good bargain offer'. I would also point out that it is cheaper in the Uk at the moment something I did not realise until I placed my last order - so please either change the wording or give us 'two balls ' in the pack as stated. Good yarn though !

Había calificado el estambre con una estrella porque me llegó defectuoso, con muchas manchas pero como por lo menos me devolvieron mi dinero le he dado tres estrellas porque la calidad era buena y el estambre muy suave, lástima que el que yo compré viniera mal.

Lo ordene esperando lo peor, para ser honesta. Por el precio crei que no seria tan suave, pero me dejo callada. Esta muy bonito y suavecito. Muy buena calidad. Voy a hacer un sueter a crochet y creo que si me alcanzara con uno solo.
