Spigen Liquid Crystal Designed for Google Pixel 3a XL Case (2019) - Crystal Clear

I'm always torn when buying a new phone.Sensible me:"Should I get a case?"Narcissistic me: "Nah this thing is too sexy to cover up like that."Sensible me: "But what if I drop it?"Narcissistic me: "Then you're an idiot."Sensible me: "What if we got a completely clear case?!"Narcissistic me: "Yeah right, no one makes one worth it, they turn colors, they scratch up easily and then you have that weird looking 'wet look' on the back of the phone because they weren't smart enough to engineer a case to prevent that."Sensible me: [Finds Spigen Liquid Crystal on Amazon] What about this one, it looks nice and it's affordable and..."Narcissistic me: [interrupting] "Hey look at that, that looks sexy and it's so...clear!"Sensible me: "Yeah and look at the price!"Narcissistic me: "Who cares about price sex appeal can not be measured with money!"Sensible me: [completes purchase]Narcissistic me: "You loser, I told you we would find something."This case hugs in all the right areas and allow everyone to see the phone you bought. It has just the right amount of grip and you can easily use the active edge feature. It is crazy clear and there is no wet look because thee are micro bumps on the inside of the case where it touches the back of the phone. The alignment of the fingerprint reader cutout is a little off for my narcissistic self but my sensible self loves the value you get with this Spigen Liquid Crystal Case.

So I am tired of carrying a huge, rugged phone case. I have a large 3a XL so it's even more of a hassle since the phone itself is huge. I considered going caseless but I can't stand when a phone gets all scratched up. This seemed like a great middle ground. I've had cases before that were like this, thin but not clear. The problem with prior cases is that sand works it way in and ends up sanding the case/metal iphone and damages by the poor case design. This case seems better in that it's very snug. I like how clear it is and at night the light of the display lights the sides. I've had this brand before and I thought the quality was very good so I decided to try it again. Very little packaging in the shipping. Getting it on the phone was a little bit of a challenge in that it is really snug. The sides are a lot thicker than I thought but it provides a drop cushion. I have never dropped this phone before and since I've had the case but it seems like it would cushion the fall. My only concern is after a year how dirty the case might get. I'll report back on that and durability in a review update.

This clear case fits well, providing generally good access to the controls. The clearness has some advantages over other opaque cases I've used: it allows the phone to appear as it's intended rather than replacing the appearance with something else; it does not look as bulky as the extra padding is not as intrusive; and it adds a certain attractiveness as it looks a bit like the phone is surrounded by a bubble or force-field rather than just looking bigger. The way the clear edges catch the light and "glow" is also nice. I have not had any dropping incidents, but the cushioning looks about as good as it can be for an open case. A note concerning Android 10 gestures: the raised cushioning on the sides (which is necessary for the purpose of the case) makes the swipe-from-the-side forward/back gestures a little bit trickier than with no case, but it just takes some getting used to.

This is a great case, it's nice and sturdy but not extremely rigid. Although I rarely drop my phone as it is, the few times I have, the case was able to protect the phone. The only downside for me is that the "clear" case wears off relatively quickly. After a year, it will look straight up brown which isn't appealing. However, it's affordable so repurchasing isn't a major hindrance.Overall, I'd recommend the case.

Great case. Shows off my Purplish color and the sexy power button really pops with this case.It protects the phone very well and the front lip of the case sticks out enough to protect the glass screen protector I have on it with a few mm to spare.The finger print reader hole is off center but it isn't a big deal and still works.My only complaint is that the branding printed around the sides feels like overkill and would be obnoxious if I had a black phone in this case.

Had it for about a week now so don't know yet how long it'll stay clear for etc but so far it's amazing! It fits well, is totally clear, pleasant to touch and maintains the elegance of the phone

I'll start by saying that I'm a total loose cannon with my phone. I drop it, give it to the kids, set it in water....A little too frequently than I'd like to admit. I've had this case on it since the day I bought it, almost two years ago, and it has stupid the test of time. My screen is perfect despite not having a screen protector. The phone functions as well as it did the day I bought it. 10/10. Yes, it's discolored but that's to to be expected with any transparent case. I wouldn't let that stop me from repurchasing.

There isn't anything really special about this case, but it's cheap and it works. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and it seems to protect my phone decently well (I don't think it's a particularly delicate phone to begin with as it's not glass on the back). I stuck a Pop Socket on the back and it adheres well. The fingerprint sensor is just as easy to use.

La.coque s'adapte parfaitement au téléphone mais comme malheureusement toutes les coques transparentes elle a jauni rapidement.

I've only had it a week, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase! It's doesn't add too much bulk to my phone but I still feel like it'll protect it from daily wear and tear. Nice and minimalist, nothing fancy, just a good, solid case!

Very impressed, perfectly fits and for being clear it looks very nice. A rare case that looks a good quality but also suits the phone's style. Feels well made, not too ridgid or soft, clearly a lot of care put into the design as well as the quality. Very secure fit. Can use buttons, they are also protected which is a nice touch, the cut outs for speakers etc, even have care and design. Very happy.(To add: I recently dropped my phone, this case and matching screen protector did the job. Phone is absolutely fine. Highly recommend.)

Ich verwende Hüllen von Spigen schon öfter, und deshalb die Klarsicht-Version in Erwartung der typischen Merkmale bestellt.Die Hülle passt präzise, die Aussparungen sind an der richtigen Stelle und ich mag besonders die Art wie Spigen die Schaltflächen für an/aus und Lautstärke realisiert hat.Sie ragen kaum hervor, durch die seitlichen Lücken ist das taktile Feedback der Handy-Taster noch besser zu spüren, weil die Flächen nicht unnötig stark gedrückt werden müssen.Die Aussparungen für Klinke und USB-C sind groß genug, das sie bei Verwendung von Ladekabel und In-Ears nicht stören.Der obere Rand ist etwas über die Kante des Telefons gezogen und bietet so ein wenig zusätzlichen Display- und Kanten-Schutz. Stört auch nicht da das 3a eh einen Display-Rand hat.Einige "Fallstudien" aus Brusthöhe hat das Telefon unbeschadet überstanden, sogar auf Gehwege.
