Brinno ABH100 Bike Mount for Brinno TLC Series Time Lapse Cameras

I bought this to use with my Brinno TLC200 stop motion camera. It gives me the ability to mount the camera on a bike, scaffold, or overhead lighting. It is a perfect addition to the BCC50 2016 bundle.

I have mounted this on my motorcycle handlebars. I have a relatively smooth running Triumph Tiger Explorer and have only tried this mount on interstate freeway road trips. It's not so much the engine vibrations, but minor road imperfections will transmit right through this mount. I get frequent memory card and battery errors. I use this mount with the Brinno TLC200 and the weather proof case. Sometimes a rigid mount is crucial, but even with the included rubber gasket I think this mount may be hindered by its ability to absorb typical vibrations that should be expected on handle bars. Bicycles and Harley's should be aware. A bit disappointed for sure. 3 stars because it is sturdy and works well on smooth-as-glass surfaces. American road quality probably wasn't a design consideration.
