VERY intense moisturizing.
I've used Astral for years on my face but I hadn't tried this one with coco butter. It is VERY intense moisturizing compared to the original Astral so it was too heavy for me as a facial moisturizer. I will stick to the original for my face and this one for everywhere else. It would be particularly good to take on holiday to use after sunbathing. So if you're looking for a very rich, intense cream, this is the one for you.

Astral is a great all time moisturiser I find the astral and Shea butter a bit too oily for my face/neck would return to normal astral next time. Great body moisturiser

Im on my second tub of this now. Im not a fan of coco butter scents normally. But this is subtle. My skin feels amazing the next morning after just one use. Fab for face and body in the winter months. I will keep repurchasing.

Greasy
Joanna Lumley recommended this moisturiser so I thought it was worth trying. It has been sitting on my neck for a few hours now and it has not been absorbed. It feels like an oil slick. It would be terrible for clothing! Thankfully I did not put it on my face. I am surprised that this has apparently been on the market for a long time. It is a very thick moisturiser which would have been a good thing if it had actually sunk in as it should have. Shame. Wasted money and who has money to waste??? Note: I bought the one with shea butter. Ms Lumley was probably using the original, but I won't be trying that one out.
