This tiny WB/FM/AM battery powered radio is the perfect portable size. The set up is simple, just install the batteries that came with it, pull up the antenna, select the band you want, then tune to the station of your choice. The radio quality is very good and the noise level is very low if any. The features are very easy to use and understand. Nothing high tech, very similar to the transiter radios we had back in the day, but this one feels a lot more durable and solid. Not cheap plastic. I highly recommend for emergency use when there's no electricty.

I got a dud. Great sounding radio ,easy on the battery. But it started cutting off like it had a short or loose wire. It got so bad I stomped it in a fit of rage. Wrote a bad review. And then the company reached out to me and replaced the radio free of charge. No hassle, no 100 questions, they said try this one. And it works fine now. No loose wire, no short. Just great on the go music. No other company has ever done this before. They reached out to me and asked nothing in return. So how in the heck do you beat that??? I have bought 2 others from Amazon before Vondior's and they are all great. How many companies do that?? They really are great little radios and easy on batteries. Small enough to fit in a windbreaker or sweat jacket, or small pack or fanny pack. Don't go camping or fishing without one. I keep one in my tackle box for weather updates. And another one in my B.O.B. and the other one in my daily man bag. 1st rate company for doing that. This is an updated review. Thank you Vondior...!!! Peace.

I was shocked at how small it was. But you wanna know what it doesn’t matter. It’s more than my wallet and my wallet is regular size. It’s digital it has multiple weather stations on it you can set an alarm if you need it to it will give you automatic weather reports if something is going to happen near you. It’s worth every nickel. The battery life is supposed to be fantastic and I’ve had no problems with it. It’s loud enough for a little tiny radio I’m actually very very impressed. I didn’t expect I was going to be but I am. When you look at it you’re like oh my god you’ve got to be kidding me this is like a piece of junk right? No it’s not it’s very durable you can see the digital screen with no problems the reception is really really good it has no antenna has a place for your head phone jack. No bells or whistles but I do like the fact it’ll turn on automatically let you know if there’s an alert. And I like the fact that you can tune into any station. You know there’s a lot of digital ones out there that will go right past certain stations this one will not. You hit the button and it keeps on going through each station that is available in your area and for something small very impressed. You can literally just toss it right inside of your glove box of your car or the middle Consol put it into a little bag I mean it really is that small. Put it anywhere for when you need it and according to what everybody has said the batteries were almost always less free to turn on and get the stuff that you need for me before you have to replace them. Highly recommend

Unfortunately they don't make them like they used to, I was looking for a reasonably priced am/fm pocket radio and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to order one, it worked problem free for a few days then turned itself off a couple seconds after turning on... It had gotten to the point where it would instantly stop playing a second or two after turning on, instead of dealing with the hassle of trying to return it I decided to cut my losses, upon hearing this my daughter purchased a 2nd am/fm pocket radio (in the picture, on left side) that also stopped working within a couple days after delivery , my daughter actually apologized for buying me something that didn't work, I said it wasn't her fault and you get what you pay for (and both radios were cheap in today's market), and I should know better and stay with a name brand known for quality... To my surprise she had purchased a Panasonic model RF-2400D AC/Battery radio that is fantastic, from now on its name brand only instead of trying to save a few bucks.

After I dropped my CCPocket killing it's LCD screen, I ordered this to replace it. The Vondior is a very simple radio that concentrates on having a big speaker and good reception. I didn't anticipate the problem that the rotary dials would be when placing it into a pocket or bike pack while listening. It's easy to bump the dials and hear static between stations or have the volume dial down or up. It has excellent sound quality for a little radio. I'd say 50 percent better than the CCPocket even with a 36 inch antennae on it. The CCPocket had a 'lock' feature but it was also digital control. This is NOT an Alert type radio unless you are actively listening to a NOAA weather station when they broadcast an alert. The antennae extends to 13.5 inches when pulled out.

My husband has had this same weather radio before. Got him another one but this one's volume button is loose, and in order for it to be turned off, he has to remove the batteries. Replacement?? Thanks 1/29/26...Just ordered him another one, got it today...this one the volume goes up and down. 2 orders in a row and in different ways faulty.
