This supplement is absolutely amaaazing! I have never been this pleased with a supplement before. I was already maintaining a mostly keto diet before but the carb and sugar cravings were starting to become more frequent, and I had plateau'd in my weight loss for a while I was starting to feel a little desperate again. I'm not even sure how I stumbled across this product but I am SO glad I did!I have always previously struggled with my metabolism and I was one of those people that could eat clean and if I have one cheat day I'll gain 3-5 pounds of most likely water weight but it was still very disappointing! Since I've started taking this carb blocker I am able to indulge in the foods I enjoy without gaining an ounce, or continue shedding pounds while eating clean! I feel like a 'normal' person for the first time since I can remember!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this stuff. I wanted to try this product because of the good reviews other people left about helping them to lose weight. I only need to lose 3-4 pounds to achieve my goal weight. But I find it very difficult when I crave eating something sweet every day. I notice that after taking this product, I am less hungry. I haven't lose any weight, just keeping it. I am 59 years old, 4.11" and all my life I had weighted 98-99 the most. Now I am 103, and if I am not careful about what i snack, it can go up to 104. I want to weight at least 100. I exercise and keep myself active but the weight doesn't go down. I may try a second bottle just to see later a lost in weight. If it work for other, that is great, I understand not all products are for everyone. I must said, I have no side effects, and they are easy to swallow, And no need to take it 1/2 hour before eating like many others which I don't like that.

Item was returned but will be ordering again. Have tried this product and taken before heavy meals, while working and eating mindfully. It helps when I eat carbs on occasion to not add weight to my mid section. I recommend and this seller is good too. Thank you. If you have problem with product seller will refund or reship.

You are looking at this product (same as I was) because you want to help yourself maybe its feel better, maybe its you want to lose a few pounds. well stop searching for a product that is the magic pill and just try this carb blocker. Over about a month you will notice a change in your weight, you will start feeling so much better like i have. I think I'm about 10 pounds down, i haven't been doing much more exercise than I normally do, and most importantly of all I haven't been changing my eating habits.My two cents the white kidney bean extract helps stop carbs from absorbing and becoming fat cells - so try it and see how much it can help you.

I honestly won’t be trying this product. The bottle in the picture says Keto but the bottle I have DOES NOT! Rice flour is definitely NOT keto and I will not be using this supplement. If you’re following a strict keto diet don’t try this product, I feel like an idiot for even purchasing this product. I also will not be wasting my time trying to send these back because I can afford to lose the $20, lesson learned though.

Followed all directions - can not say these did anything to block carbs as suggested - serious weight gain from one carb filled (not over indulged) meal. Just stay true to your new lifestyle eating changes to stay on the path or know when you eat off the path you will have consequences. :)

I love these ! I am a real person that like so many others have tried tons of things on the market for weight loss and nothing has worked for me. I take two of these before my second and third meals of the day along with an apple cider vinegar detox pill once daily and i feel SO full most of the day and when i do eat, i cannot eat much before i feel full again. The only time i feel ravenously hungry while taking these is if i go way too long without eating (hours). I will purchase these again . I don't have any nasty side effects from these or nasty aftertaste what so ever.
