Easy to apply, no air pockets in tubes.
I've purchased multiple cases over the last few months to seal a tongue and groove ceiling to prep for painting. This Alex Plus goes on slightly thicker, it has been easier to use than the Dynaflex which is slightly thinner. Both are great products, the Alex Plus performs better in this application.

Half price than what the hardware store charges.
It is a bit runny, not recommended for overhead application. Great for vertical corners or horizontal seams around door frames and windows.

This is still a good performing caulk. Adhesion is good. Cleanup with water is easy if you do it immediately.

After drying for 24 hours the product disintegrated after contact with water. Has held up in dry areas well.
