ChiaoGoo 7522-S Twist Lace Interchangeable Cables, 22-Inch ,Small, Red

This is the perfect accessory for my lace set of ChiaoGoo interchangeable needles. The cords are wonderfully flexible right out of the package. There is no need to "straighten" them with hot water, which is almost required for some brands. Full disclosure: I love ChiaoGoo and never use any other circular needles. I love the quality, the sharpness of the lace needles, and do not regret a single penny I've spent on my set. Having a few extra cords is helpful, however, which is what led me to order this cord.

I really like these interchangeable knitting needles and cables. They are both quality products. The cable is nylon covered steel and is perfectly flexible; it works with the knitter. The cable is smooth and the yarn slips easily around it without snagging, even at the joins. The cable attaches to the needles with a twisting mechanism metal join. Included with the cables is a metal pin used to tighten the joins. I have never had the cable and the needles separate. Storing the cables is much more efficient than storing fixed circular needles. I keep my cables in the small plastic pouch in which they were packaged. I look forward to replacing my fixed circular needles (as needed) with ChiaoGoo interchangeable needles and cables.

These are great quality! I have the interchangeable needle set and though it came with cords, I find that having different lengths for various projects is nice. These cost is worth it because you know you will get quality. I have other circular needles that the cord twists or is bent which makes it hard to work with. These are the best for ease of use, no twisting, yet sturdy and flexible.

Ever since finding Chicagoo I will never not use this brand. I purchased a whole little kit with all the sizes of needles and cables I'd need. However, I couldn't find one of my cable lengths and had to purchase the cable again. I have had these cables for 3 years now and never have had to replace them. (Unless I misplaced a cable somewhere). The material holds up very well. Even with screwing and unscrewing the needles on. I have had zero issues after 3 years. I highly recommend Chicagoo products!

I bought the full set about 8-10 years ago, then bought an additional full set plus a bunch of extra cables 2-3 years ago. I love these needles! I tend to have knitting multiple projects on at once so I love having extra needles and cables for them. Been making baby sweaters lately so decided to add a couple more small cables to my collection.

It fit!!! These Twist cables are compatible with Spin needles; exactly as advertised by Chiagoo. Like many have mentioned, it doesn’t keep the shape of its bend or curve from packaging and that’s a HUGE plus. So annoying to fight those cables away when working on your piece! For this reason, these red Twist cables are better than the Spin cables which do get in your way. However, I notice these Twist cables don’t have the spinning function like the spin cables do. So, I’m curious how tightly this cable will remain on the interchangeable needles even with the tightening measures applied with the provided metal “key.” I shall see!!! Other than that, product arrived on time in great condition. Excited to give it a run!
