Doesn't work with OSX 10.9 and possibly earlier

The Imation / Ironkey website claims this works on all versions of OSX but it doesn't. I'm hoping Imation will replace this with one that is compatible. I was replacing another Ironkey that wouldn't work with the newer versions of OSX, how disappointing.
