Great product
Sturdy, well built basket on a budget. Not crazy expensive like a dealership product, but just as good in my opinion. Mounting was not throw and go. Had to drill some extra holes both in the basket itself and my 4 wheelers rack. I have A 2020 Honda rancher with the new Honda pro connect racks. The dealership tried to sell me the Honda pro connect baskets for 3x the price of this they told me the universal products would not work. They were right but with a good sharp drill bit i made It work no problem. Super happy with the results. Unfortunately mud will fly up from the tires through the bottom and side of the basket mesh and cover whatever is inside of the basket. I fabbed Some solid pieces of Tin to prevent the mud from coming in.

Great cargo carrier!
This second one of these i have bought, the first bought 9 years ago is still in service on a old Honda rancher, it has allowed me to carry all kinds of cargo without having to strap it down. Only complaint is mud coming through the expanded metal back and bottom. I cut plywood panels to cover them and problem solved. I recently bought a new ATV and a titan cargo basket was the first accessory i added.

Sturdy; flexible mounting options; should last a long time
My initial impression of the Universal Rear Drop Basket from Titan is that this thing is quite sturdy. All of the welds seem very solid, if maybe a bit messy. There's no "give" anywhere, and no place where it seems like they skimped on putting it together well. I don't have any experience with other ATV baskets, but it seems very similar to products such as Raider ATV-21 ATV Rear Drop Basket and Kolpin Convertible Rear Drop Rack but at a much lower cost (at time of this writing, about $50 cheaper). It is quite heavy.. it's listed as 42 pounds, which seems about right. Since most of that weight is in the basket, which hangs off the rear of your ATV, that means it needs to be mounted *very* securely to your rear rack. It will also add some weight to the rear of your vehicle, which may affect handling. Please note that I have not yet actually mounted this unit to my ATV; I'll update the review when I have. I did do a quick "dry run" to make sure it would fit. The mounting hardware seems quite flexible, in that they include both "mounting brackets" and "mounting plates". The former have threaded holes that are designed to fit the bolts directly, while the latter have multiple holes at various distances to allow for more options in mounting. It looks like, based on the shape of my ATV bar, I'll end up using a couple of each, probably combined with some zip ties to prevent it from moving around (these obviously shouldn't be used to actually support any weight). I'm knocking off a star because my particular unit arrived damaged. It looked like it had been previously tried out by someone and sent back, but was packaged carelessly, which resulted in deep scratches in a couple places on the basket. There is also a significant amount of dust on the unit, and it sounds like there's some dirt/dust moving around on the inside, along with other minor scratches in other places. When I contacted Titan, they quickly responded and offered to either give me a partial refund, or exchange the unit. I opted for the former, since the scratches can probably be covered up with some black spray paint; I didn't really relish the idea of shipping this heavy thing back to them; and I'm probably going to bang it around during daily usage anyway. I would have preferred to have a brand-new unit at the price I paid, but I commend them for quickly taking an effort to make it right. All in all though, this unit is exactly as described and quite a value for the money based on similar, higher-priced items. I don't feel like I'll need a separate trip to the hardware store to mount it securely but I'll update if that's the case.

I saw that the reviews were pretty decent on it
I bought this rack because of the price. I was a little skeptical, but I took a chance. I saw that the reviews were pretty decent on it, so I figured I would try it out. I have a 2016 Polaris Sportsman 570sp. It has the composite rack on the back. I don't like the looks of the metal racks that are sold by Polaris, and have found the composite rack to be very sturdy, and with the 6 metal tubes incorporated into the rack, it is very versatile. At first, I didn't see a way to mount this drop basket to the composite rack. There were plenty of parts and pieces that came with the basket... but none that seemed to fit. So, I wound up using nickle coated U bolts that I purchased from a local hardware store, and clamped the basket to the rack via the tubes. I also used a large piece of metal bracketing that came with the basket to reinforce it. With it in place, I can say that I am very happy with the basket. It seems to be very sturdy, and can hold a lot. Time will tell how it stands up, though. I will update this review if need be.

Versatile Rack - Great Look
The looks of this atv rack is great. It’s very functional for carrying whatever. The part that fits over the original rack of my atv has handles which is nice if you have a rider or are just hauling. The only thing I didn’t like was the hardware didn’t work on my particular atv. Maybe just a fluke I’m not sure. There is alternate install directions but they didn’t work either. I was just going to send the rack back but I figured out how to make it work with what I had in the garage. I’m very glad I kept it as I really like it.

Looks used out of box
Paint is absolutely screwed all the way around. The zip ties were a suggestion due to them not being tightened down in any way shape or form,so the pieces bounced around and marred up the already terrible paint job. The sloted guide for the assembly is way off to the point I had to stand on it to get it to wedge itself in. It still gets 3 stars only because it does feel pretty solid. Welding seems sloppy but decent penetration for strength. Happy overall but wouldn't recommend anyone chance this one.

Great value!
You get a lot for your money. This basket is well worth the asking price of just $108.99. It isn't the thickest metal but it is definitely out of the box to haul items. With some mods it is exceptional. And my son in law did mod it for me so that I could access the storage compartment on my can-am. He also added a couple of supports on the bottom of the basket. Drilled a few holes to line up with holes in the can am rack and it mounted right up. Good for hauling my chainsaw, corn for the feeder, tools, supplies, and my dog. Really happy with this cargo basket.

Long delivery and average sturdyness
I‘ve installed in on my Arctic Cat 2013 550XT. 2 out of 3 brackets fits just right....I had to modify and weld new nuts on the other set to install of them. I could have used U bolt...but wanted it done right. I would probably buy again...but I would shop to see other options...as I really thought the mesh and construction was gonna be stronger than this. Will probably last a few years but...not for life.
