When A Lioness Growls (A Lion's Pride Book 7)

Another great entry into the Lion's Pride series! I love how Eve writes such great heroines for this series. They are so confident, sassy and brave. It is a refreshing change to what usually happens in shifter books. I loved the slow burn romance between Stacey and JF. They were smoking hot together, and I loved the chase that happened to get to where they needed to be at to finally give in. If you have enjoyed the other books in this series, then I definitely recommend you give this one a go. Action, humour, and a romance to make you swoon! What else could you want? I can't wait for the next book!

I so love this book. The characters were strong , interesting , funny , sexy . It had romance , mystery , drama , and great love scene . It had laugh out loud moments . Stacey was funny, entertaining and a little annoying at times, but man she definitely was a strong female lead character who made it worth the read for me alone. JF was a also interesting, although I was a little lost on some of his traits and what exactly he is, but still funny and entertaining. The overall plot of the story was actually good, I thought, and unique from the past books. The price is a little higher for what you are getting but I'd still buy it again because the characters were really fun and entertaining.

I pre-ordered this book with the intent of ordering the rest of the books in the A Lion's Pride series, before I read it. However, Christmas kind of sucked my funds away and left me with the dilemma of 'Should I read it now or wait until I buy the rest of the series so I can read them in order?' Yeah, I came to the conclusion that my love of Eve's writing simply wouldn't allow me to wait that long. Will power? Me, I have none. I caved and spent hours laughing my ass off and falling in love with these characters. Now, I simply HAVE to buy the rest of the books in this series, because if they're all as hilarious and steamy as this one I know I'm in for a great time.

Ahh Eve does it again. A spunky, twisted, fun loving feline with violent snooty tendencies and a hot whampyre confused, frustrated, and totally turned on by his feline heroine. I would say this book is totally worth the wait but I hate waiting for Eve's books to come out! So far this series is binge worthy!!! The only complaint I have about this book is that it didn't tell me a release date for the next 😉. I love that the book makes me smile while reading. No it doesn't have sit on the edge of your seat suspense but it makes you laugh and shake your head. I would recommend this book if you want a feel good romance.

I love this series. It's full of humor and heat and danger. The characters, especially the lionesses, are so much fun to read about as they crack me up with their violent and irreverent attitudes. This book was fun because we got to learn more about whampyrs, Jean Francios specifically. If you enjoy shifter paranormal romance with a ton of heat and danger then this is the series for you. And even though they can be read as standalone stories, I highly recommend this series be read in order.

I loved it - especially the 2nd half. Great originality, fantastic chemistry between Stacey and JF! The only thing I didnt like was that JF was SUCH a dick (excuse the language) in the first half, that it was hard for me to flow into the relationship when he fell for her. She's a stronger woman than I, because I would've told him where to go within the first 10 minutes! (And then I'd have missed out on the adventure & the forever love, too.) No matter, I still highly recommend the book - the entire SERIES - for that matter. They're all a fun, sexy read to escape from the humdrum of our human lives for awhile!

When A Lioness Growls is a wonderful addition to the series and like the others can be read standalone. Opposites attract in this fun romp. Stacey is a petite firecracker and Jean Francois has been burned before. True it wasn’t the hot redhead but he refuses to get involved with another lioness. The last one changed his life irrevocably. Stacey has never backed down from a challenge and Jean Francois may be the most delicious challenge she has ever met. Resistance is futile.

Absolutely awesome. Definitely a must series if you like erotic romance with a paranormal twist. Can't wait for the next one. Keep up the good work honey. X

Great story good characters. Funny shifters and romance and baddies. Great read couldn't put it down. Can't wait for the next book
