This is expensive but using it on a very badly cut finger has helped it heal much faster. Use distilled water on the would to make this stick-that is not in the instructions.

Not good for wounds with moderate to heavy exudate
I thought this would be a cheaper alternative to Puracol AG for my burn injury. It did not turn into a gel, instead it turned into creamy, liquidy mess that would leak through the borders of my bandage. With Puracol, I would only have to change the dressing every 2-3 days, but with the Dermacol, I have to change it less than every 12 hours! Waste of money for me, and am now ponying up for the Puracol.

Expiration date next month.
I have purchased this product many times. The product I received this month expires next month in July. I am not happy that the expiration date is so soon. This item is way too expensive for it to not last longer.
