How do you remove the back to replace battery? I am struggling to get it off. Any recommendations of what can be used to remove it please

Hi Molly, I haven't as yet had to change the battery in my watch, but if you're struggling, I would recommend that you take it to a jewellers to have it done. Whilst they may well charge you a bit more, it is certainly worth it as they have the necessary instruments for doing the job, otherwise you may end up damaging your watch permanently. There are also kits available where they provide you with all of the vital parts for doing the job, that's another option. Good luck!

What size of battery does this watch take?

I don't know,I haven't changed mine yet, but buy a card containing various size watch batteries priced £i at Poundland thentake your pick.

Hi could I put a personalised message on the watch

I'm not too sure if this company does that but I'm sure it can be engraved. It's metal at the back and should be strong enough to take it.
