I have now bought this several times. It has a superb flavour and goes well with both pancakes and icecream.

A truly rich dark almost caramel like maple syrup, packed with flavour & sweetness. I would not suggest using as a pouring syrup as the flavour is a little strong for that but great in cooking & also used as a flavour when roasting our own Granola.

The best maple syrup, value for money.

Having moved to the UK from NYC a few years ago, one of the few things I miss is really good maple syrup — esp since delicious premade British pancakes, which are more like Swedish pancakes, thinner and chewier, are readily available almost everywhere. But the problem is you can’t find anything to put on them. The maple syrup sold in places like M&S and Tesco generally taste like a caramelize sugar syrup, with a faint taste of maple — almost like a very light treacle syrup. It’s completely disappointing, expensive and often unavailable (sold out). However this stuff is fabulous. I just had my first batch of pancakes with it and it was beyond delicious. This is the real deal!

This maple syrup is ok, but lacking in flavour compared to others I have tried. I will use up in cooking but would not buy this make again.
