I absolutely love this product. I use mine in little baggies so the herbs aren't floating around in my tub, just personal preference there. But just like everything else Art of The Root makes, it's a 10/10 for me!!

First of all, I don't do reviews online but this bath salt needs to be recommended to everyone. I am a nursing student and have bad test anxiety, I found this online and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did, it calms the heck out of me and gives me so much positivity in life. I even felt like throwing up after taking a bath with this, not sure if it was bad energy I am trying to rid off out of my system! This stuff is amazing! I think this is more great to use before bedtime to relax you and gives you good sleep!

So this calms me, but the second time I used it, I had the sensation to vomit, but didn’t. I might be expelling out more negativity stored up.

Nice product, smells really good, but if you're sensitive skin, you may want to try something with less scents.
