Absolutely unsuitable as a gift! Purchased in advance as a Christmas present, opened the box to find items lumped together in bundles (no bubble wrap at the sides of the items so the edges of the bowls and plates were vulnerable) and not in any sort of presentable box. I can purchase a set for £30 from Wilkos and even theirs comes in a presentable cardboard box to keep them safe! Clearly paying an extra £20 means you sacrifice something as simple as presentation!From the image there looks like loads of bubble wrap but there actually isn’t when you take the size and depth of the box into consideration. The items seem sturdy /robust enough, but looking at the edges of the bowls there are numerous little “bubbles” (don’t know how else to describe them?) underneath the edges.I have a ProCook outlet 45 mins away (I’m unable to get there with COVID) and I’ve never had items from the store in such a condition.Now I’m going to have to go and source a box to actually put these in. I understand not everyone buys a dinner service as a present but I thought I would write this review to warn people not to bother!!Absolutely disappointed, do NOT recommend.

Very pleased with this purchase. A very sturdy set, I get the impression they'll last forever. I love the colour is very nice clear and consistent across the whole set.

Nice size plates and bowls love the lip on plates means more gravy without spilling .

Crickey if you want value and aesthetics in a dinner set these are a go to!

Haven't used the product yet but it looks good both in shape and color. Perfect modern crockery.
