This book was informative without a lot of frills of bells and whistles. I've read other books but this one was concise and encouraging. Thank you Wade for writing this book!

Enjoyed this book. It thoroughly explains the various types of weight loss surgeries so that you can make an informed decision.

Take all the information you've read from books or the internet about bariatric and jam pack it into one concise book. It would make for a big book right? This book contains all that but only 33 pages long. This book is well-written and to the point. It was informative yet didn't skimp out on all the important medical crap we would love to ignore. I've had a weigh issue all my life. Diets haven't worked for me either. Now, I am seriously considering this surgery. I just want to feel better and be healthy. Who doesn't? With this book, I can now go to my doctor WELL INFORMED and decide if this surgery is right for me. I really appreciate all the time and effort of the author to make a really informative book.

This Ebook has helped me understand a number of weight loss options.It explains important health issues in relation to weight problems and the positive health benefits from reducing weight.It then moves onto long term options such as Bariatric to Gastric surgery procedures that were to my delight explained very well and in simple to understand terms.It clarifies the notion on whether; it is for you, how it works with the addition to the pros & cons of such procedures.This is a quick, easy read with great pointers to help anyone decide on which option fits their needs best.Highly recommended as a fantastic place to start anyone's weight loss journey. 8^)

a very good basic plus book for weight loss surgery. I had the surgery 12yrs. ago and volunteer on the bariatric floor at our local hospital. I wanted to keep updated on procedures and thinking that was out there. It does a good job explaining the different options.

I was pleased to find a book the provided information on such an important subject in an unambiguous manner. Wade used simple words to provide explanation on a subject that can be technical to understand. This book provides a very comprehensive overview of what to expect from Bariatric Surgery as an option for weight loss.This book was as pleasant to read as it was informative. I look forward to future publications from the Author.

No worth the time to read . A simple overview of each surgery option. Better information options available. Not anything new.

this book gave hardly any information and was not worth the money 62 pages I learned more off the internet....

I’m obsessed with my weight. I’ve tried diets and such but they never work. It’s only recently that I’ve considered surgery, and decided to pick this book up to help me decide what my next plan of action is. This book is a mine of info, giving me tips on different surgeries and the pros and cons of each. I’m not nearly as scared of surgery now I know some of the facts, and I have this book to thank.As a side note this book has convinced me that gastric bypass is the way to go.

This is a well written guide describing weight loss methods and specifically Bariatric Surgery. It describes the different states/steps from evaluation to actually going through with it. Great resource!
