Sorry to bought it
It was great till it stopped working, the first month the glass pot cracked , they send me a new one and now it totally stopped working. The kettle burnt. It didn't even last a year, now I try to contact the seller, they can't be reached and item is not available

not what I had hoped!
This item is not what’s advertised, no warming plate for the tea pot portion, so defeats the purpose of a samovar.

Don’t order this product.
I ordered this for my parents in April and it already stopped working. That is ridiculous for something so pricey to only work for 3 months. warning DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered this.
