Hi is this possible to use while sitting in the passenger seat of a car?

If you could sit on the edge of the seat to ensure the "spout" was still pointing down (gravity is really what makes this thing work) then I would imagine so. Can't say I've tried it! If you had a disability or something that prevented you from moving around to get a good position then I wouldn't recommend it. You'd need to make sure the seat didn't interfere with the position of the device. Great product though so if it's a need you have I'd recommend giving it a go. It's a reasonable price.

Does it work I’d your busting to go if the flow is fast????

I “saved up” specially to test this for you!!! Yes, it worked extremely well and would thoroughly recommend it. I would also suggest that you have a little “dabbing” paper at the ready when you’ve finished. Practice (or is it practise) makes perfect. Good luck!

How do you clean it once you have used it out and about before packing it up?

Almost all the wee runs straight off it so a little shake and a small rinse from my water bottle. It drains so well that it wouldn't be the end of the world to wait until you got home. Keep a plastic bag ready to protect the pouch in case that happens, but that's washable too.

Does it fold up well? It looks rather big

It was bigger than I expected but as it’s silicone it folds and squashes quite easily. It’s extremely easy to use and fits well in the bag it comes with.
