This is a no-nonsense book about how to control your emotions and establish good relationships at work. The book was recommended to me by the Celebrity PA Network, and it's a great purchase. The book is short, but sweet and has a lot of valuable information.

The book i did not know I needed. I wish I could have known about it sooner. It made me realize how bad of a person I am, that I'm not thinking about how other people are feeling. Had this been read sooner, I would have had less problems in my marriage and more meaningful connection with the people around me.The book is very structured, detailing what are the skills you require and what steps you can take to improve your emotional intelligence. These skills need to be practiced, and you need to be aware of your actions and emotions. I really could not recommend this book enough.

Very interesting. Delves into emotions, self regulation, and self management well. Interested to take the emotional intelligence quiz as soon as possible.
