I really love this body cream! It makes my skin feel so soft and moisturized without feeling too heavy or greasy. I have pretty dry skin, and this keeps my skin feeling hydrated for a long time. I also love that it’s fragrance-free, so it doesn’t have a strong smell. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying! It's a great value for a really good price.

So, when I first opened the jar, I was afraid to touch the stuff. No. Really. It looks a little scary, to be honest. But I have super dry skin, and it was winter, so my skin was in need for some serious hydration. BTW, this product is the successor to a similar product that Aveeno had out a few years back. That product was super effective, but at one level, so is Crisco. I probably could have packed my wheel bearings with that stuff. At any rate, it was discontinued (no surprise there), and this product took its place. Here's the short answer: If you have dry skin, then get this product. I first used it after a morning shower. I dabbed a small amount, rubbed it together and applied a thin film to my arms and shoulders. I was amazed at how quickly it was gone. It's much, much lighter than its predecessor. I love how it hydrates my skin and makes it feel noticeably softer. I am now totally hooked. When I get busy or just forget to use it after my morning shower (hey, it happens) I feel kind of like a piece of tree bark for the rest of the day. Seriously! Great product. Highly recommended.

I have a severe form of Atopic Dermatitis, which I have had since the age of 8 months. I have seen countless dermatologists and tried countless products. Nothing really made a difference (except cortisone of course, but that is not viable for a constant treatment). Until I tried this. The reason is most likely that this cream creates a very strong film that lasts for an entire day (unless you sweat or wash it off, of course). The main issue with Atopic Dermatitis is that the skin barrier is defective, letting foreign particles through the skin. In fact I have strong allergic reactions towards anything that is fine powder (dust, chalk, gloves powder, cat dander, etc.). So I believe this cream works so well for A.T. because basically it creates a second skin and allows the allergens not to penetrate, like a normal skin would do. Months ago I rescued a cat, and my dermatitis exploded to the point that it was painful to even take a shower with just water. I had rash from head to toes, but did not want to give up my cat because I love him so much. I finally tried this cream, and it worked instantly, from the very first application I noticed a huge difference. I am now, finally, clear of rash and can live without the constant itch and burning. I have to apply it twice a day at least, and any time after I sweat or take a shower. A jar lasts about a week, so it does get a bit expensive, but it is SO worth it, it has hugely improved the quality of my life. I just hope Aveeno will continue making this! Needless to say, I would give a hundred stars! EDIT February 2017: I have been free of Atopic Dermatitis symptoms for years now! My life is soooo much better. This Aveeno cream allowed me to break the inflammation cycle. Now I don't use it as much, only occasionally if needed. I went back to using coconut oil and squalane oil. But the oils did not work when I had rash from head to toes. I strongly believe this cream allowed the skin barrier to slowly restore itself so now I no longer need it as much. But when I get a patch of rash (rarely) I still use it and it is always helpful.

Really like this for my eczema and dry patches- however, it’s not very thick for something advertised as a “cream”. Otherwise it helped my skin mid flare up and I really like the way it feels. Would also appreciate a squirt bottle in this size instead of the open container.

This lotion is excellent. It works well, and soaks right in and does not feel greasy at all. It’s a good sized jar, and should last awhile. It has zero irritation, it feels like more natural ingredients without the burning sensation that some lotions have. Always a good go to.

Oh one of my favourite moisturiser and it helps the rough skin to heal

I have autoimmune urticaria and sensitive/dry skin. This has been a game changer! After about two months, my skin started to improve and get softer. I was less itchy. I had an eczema patch that also went away. I have always been a ride or die Aveeno fan but this cream significantly improved my day to day life.

My go to moisturiser. I have been using this for years now, works very well for sensitive skin. Well packed and prompt delivery.

Cream seems bit watery, very easy to apply and absorbs pretty quickly too.
