I workout 40 minutes a day and watch my diet CAREFULLY, but even like that the fat on my belly remain stubborn 😣 then I came across this product. I put it on my wish list and remained there for 3 months or so, I was so hesitant about getting it because I have sensitive skin and because of the price of this cream. One day I decided to give it a try.....W O W! I am just wishing I got it sooner. As I said before I workout, I lift weights 4 times per week and do cardio 2 days per week, but the fat on my belly is stubborn, my belly looked bumpy. After working out I take a shower I do a sugar scrub on my belly area and then massage it with this cream with the help of an electric massager, then I wrap my belly with plastic and leave there for about 2 hours. The difference is outstanding W O W! My skin looks baby smooth, I have lost 20 inches all over my mid section and the skin is tight. BONUS: the smell of this cream will clear up your sinus congestion, lol. REMEMBER DIET AND EXERCISE ARE KEY, there is NO miracle anything!

I don't know if people like pain or if I am just sensitive to the cold but this stuff BURNS!! I put some on my stomach and thighs, wrapped then in Saran Wrap and then put my workout clothes on. I never made it out of the house and I am now soaking in a warm bath trying to get my body temperature back down because the burning sensation was so bad that I couldn't even stand it for 10 minutes. I had to rip everything off and immediately work to warm myself. It literally felt like potential frostbite it burned so bad. So idk how well it works but I won't be trying this again. I've had ice baths for sport injuries but in that situation you eventually numb out in a short period of time but that doesn't happen with this. I tried to wait but the FREEZING COLD sensation got worse the more I moved around. No way was I getting on the treadmill like that!

I work out regularly, as in, an hour doing hot yoga/hot pilates/hot hiit/hot kickboxing 6 days per week, for about a year now. I also don't do grains or refined sugar. While I FEEL great and my body has changed and gotten stronger, I still have that layer of subcutaneous fat on my belly, back, and underarms. I've been looking into some form of cryo-slimming for a while now, and we all know it's expensive. I figured I'd give this a try, having fairly low expectations. I've been using it for a week, applying it morning and night, and lost over an inch on my waist! I didn't measure my underarm fat, but my bra fits better too. It's not as cold as I was expecting, and I'd probably get better results if I went to a med-spa and did some actual cryo-slimming with a machine, but for $30, I'll take it!

Bought this not for slimming but thinking it would help with muscle pain the "cryo". Turns out this stuff is GREAT for cooling off in the hot AZ sun. Put it on wherever you want and for a couple hours the cooling effect helps in the heat! My husband uses it on his neck and it keeps him cool in the sun! Don't know about the firming action, don't use it everyday in that regard, but to help with the heat this is one great product. I will buy again for that reason alone.

This stuff really works! I've been using it a week and I noticed my legs look the better I can wear shorts now!! and I was like where is my cellulite ??? Ha ha. I put it on every day before my workout and then I put some workout pants over it and a longsleeve shirt when I put it on my arms and my stomach and my back and I've noticed a huge difference. I have been exercising before this but haven't seen a big difference until I got this! I will buy more.
