Very nice little bench looks like picture and even better in person great value for what you're paying And super easy to put together

If I had my time again I would not have bought this bench because it is only just sturdy enough. But it gets 4 stars because it is much cheaper than many others and we should not expect high quality at bargain prices. For £52 it looks good and it just about supports my weight (I an 14 stone). It is quite small in depth and I feel like I am perching on it rather than sitting in it (I am 5ft 10") but what could I have expected for the price? It took me a couple of hours to assemble - because I was determined to follow the absolutely useless, but technically correct instructions rather than resort to YouTube as another reviewer did (more fool me!).

Assembly is quite straight forward despite the poor instructions. The only tools needed are a star screw driver and a suitable spanner. I'm rather on the top side of elderly but still managed assembly in about an hour. The trick seems to be to complete the assembly before tightening the bolts. When fully assembled, the bench provides a comfortable seat. It is quite rigid and feels very secure. Despite the poor assembly instructions, I give it 5 stars. It's a steal at the price.

A little bit smaller than a one replacing quality not as good, but you get what you pay for thank you

I ordered two benches for my garden. Despite being a Prime customer it took an unacceptable time for delivery. When they did arrive the box that one of them was packaged in was damaged in a number of places. Upon opening the box, both of the cast iron legs were broken and the finish was deplorable. Also, there were splits in the wood and some were bowed. Obviously the Chinese manufacturer had no quality assurance systems in place as this item should not have been allowed to leave the factory! Needless to say I did not bother to open the second box. I returned both items to Amazon and had my money back. Beware before purchasing these benches,as the quality is deplorable and they are not fit for purpose. Fortunately Amazon was quick returning my money.

A very sturdy and looks great in garden

A good bench for the money. It's fairly easy to put together although the instructions could be clearer, and you do need a selection of screwdrivers. The seat itself is fairly sturdy, but the back is rather flimsy and has no support in the middle. The black design in the back panel is also plastic, not metal.

Bought 2 of this item. These arrived well before schedule date. These arrived with the seating timber slightly damaged by the metallic sides. As the timbers were not protected when packaged. No issue putting these together rather simple really. Found the back was not a solid square of timber with a plastic insert but 4x individual timbers held together by the plastic insert. This made the back extremely weak. Also found the seating needed support for 3 people to use.. however I must say they look pretty and worked quite well once a few simple modifications carried out

Très joli et bien fini. Les pieds sont en fonte mais le dossier est dans une matière plastique, toutefois confortable.
