I have 3c/3b curly hair type. I can go from curly to straight like a breeze, but lets face it we could all use a little help. My hairs grows fastest in protective styles. I got my hair braided when I got my first bottle, took this the entire time my hair was in braids and when I took my hairs out my hair had really grew. Works really well, and I had no issues. When I took my braids out, co-workers asked me-what did you do to get your hair to grow so long? I told them about this product and they bought some asap. I plan to purchase again an again.

ordered these because I keep seeing the add for them on a blog post that I read...im excited to try them as part of my new regimen/hair journey... only thing I don't like about them is that they seem kinda hard to swallow... an sometimes it feel as if the pill didn't go all the way down... but I will update as I take them and as the months past😊

I recieved this as promised and on time. I believe it is helping my hair, skin, and nails and will continue to take it.

I can only rate it as I like and this is the reason I have been trying many things for my hair along with biotin so I don't know how much is biotin and how much is the other products, but my hair seems to have grown some and my nails are better looking. Until something better comes along I will keep buying this product because I like it.

I love these vitamins not only has my hair grown but I have noticed less breakage. These vitamins have also made my nails stronger.
