Even If You Aren't Pregnant It Helps A Lot
Very easy to swallow when you're someone who struggles with large pills. I just needed a multivitamin, and this one had the best ingredients (in my opinion). Although I'm not expecting any time soon, I will definitely be buying again. I have even noticed a decrease in mood swings, but it could just be a coincidence.

These prenatal vitamins have been really helpful during my pregnancy. They are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I feel like they give me good energy and support overall health. My hair and nails also feel stronger since I started taking them.I appreciate that they include all the important nutrients like folic acid, iron, and DHA to support baby’s development.
